I've been doing this for over a month. I started out getting SOOO tired, but now I can dance for 15 minutes without any breaks. I also go ahead and try her other workouts but I only do like two because I don't like some of the songs. The video with 'who's that chick' really gets me pumped lol. Con is that I still can't dance🤣 But try it guys, it's so fun and gets you excited to workout. I went from not doing workouts to working out almost everyday! I always do this first then continue. Idk if I've lost weight, I don't have a scale and I haven't taken measurements, sorry. Maybe I'll start taking measurement today, but I workout for almost 2 hours a day so her videos alone wouldn't only contribute🙃

Here’s my first time experience 😂: Song 1- pretty easy moves but it was hard to keep up bc it was my first time. I think I’ll get better with improvements and time. Song 2- out of breath 😂 super easy dance except the arm turn thingys had me confused so I just tried to do them haha. I didn’t take a break between 1&2 so maybe that’s why. A little hot but not sweaty yet. (I’m taking a 5 min break now) Song 3- omg I’m totally dead 😭 out of breath and tiny bit sweaty. The moves were fun but lots of leg movement and jumping but great. (Another 5min break for me ;-;) Song 4- last song so ofc I’m happy haha 😂 after the 5min break it was okay. Not so hard. But a loooooot of leg moves. I got confused and tried to keep up but my hips can’t move that fast 😭 Overall- a great video. Definitely could do it again tomorrow. It wasn’t hard but I need a break in between. Simple moves and definitely recommend!

I have been struggling with my health lately and following this video really made me happy and boosted my confidence to get in shape! I used to exercise daily but because of the school lockdown here, I pretty much stopped, I felt demotivated. Then for the past couple of months, I have been studying for most of my days, preparing for my last year of high school and final exams - so stressful! I always felt down, spending my days at the desk, and knew I needed to move. So glad I found this, I laughed throughout the whole workout. Dance workouts can feel scary, watching people dance perfectly can feel discouraging, but once you overcome that feeling, it does not matter if you are doing it correctly. Let yourself dance! I highly recommend this routine, y'all. Even if you never dance, the moves are easy and so much fun! :) Thank you for this video!!

I am an Egyptian girl, I am 16 .. When I was younger, I was fit and athletic .. Two years ago, I became infected with OCD .. And I became taking medicinal drugs, including those that have side effects such as weight gain and difficulty in movement. I feel that my body is petrified, I cannot exercise. I started to try, but my body hurts me whenever I start and I cannot do the exercises correctly, but I try and I will not stop .. This is a very fun way to sweat! Definitely forgot about the time and had fun doing it all throughout the end. I sweat but I can't actually tell if dance workouts are for me, I just can't seem to follow the steps hahaha and felt like I'm doing something wrong but still, I just tried to move actively through the end. I got this, I will definitely reach my goal!!

I did this just now and it's so much fun! Yes it is a little tiring but great! I took 2 minute breaks between each of the songs. I will do this for 2 weeks. I will update with my results here after 2 weeks :) Awesome workout! Thank you Sunny and team!!! 💖
