The only reason I put music on is because my mic was acting up for about 4 workouts so I ended up buying another. The song is Rebound by Coma Svensson. I get the songs from Epidemic Sounds.

In a row. Flexibility routines are your off days. If you need to take extra days off that’s fine too.
