Great video! I have a ~7s full front lever, but I'm working to get at least 15s, so this video is going to be really helpful. Although I will definitely sacrifice some of the intensity by increasing the rest times, but also will increase the volume of the workout. I know this is weird to say but, I really like how you show us that you are human. A lot of these tutorial videos are like: "Do this as I say", and then the person goes on to do the exercises without any effort or discomfort. It's humbling to see someone so strong and experienced as you are, to also choose an easier progression, and see that you are also sweating. You have the best calisthenics content on this platform, and I mean it. Thanks for that.

Well, I am doing your handstand and planche routine for every upper-body day. Now I'm adding this despite having only 7 max reps pullups. You're the real man, I hope I can win your program. Thank you for this Sir Gabo!

At this point I just enjoy watching the amazing work you guys put into this routines, since I’m not even close to achieve any of this skills. Although, I would love to point out that I’m one of the lucky ones who won 3 months of academy access and I have been noticing SO MUCH progress. Been in a girl’s body, it’s harder to achieve my first pull up but I’m super close because of you. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. I will definitely subscribe to the academy after my 3 months are over. Much love! ❤️

Good insight, I’m a lot in my head, for instance, I can get in a half lay, but it’s super hard, I follow you guys a lot, I know Fabian blast full planches and full front levers no problem, but even he is exerting a lot of force holding the half lay there, good to know it ain’t ‘easy’ for him, I know it’s super difficult for me

Nice.. beginner here. I’m gonna use this and planche routine together, maybe as supersets with needed rests in between. I have slight discomfort in left shoulder during scapula pulls though. Maybe I’m not getting the cues. But doing those on rings is much easier for me.

aweseome video!quick question on the rest periods. jeff nippard explained that having 2-3 mins rest per set would get the body back to perform at max. would that be useful for the front lever conditioning exercises as well.?
@SaturnoMovement2 жыл бұрын
Absolutely. Rest as much as needed to have a productive following set. This is just a fast workout that can be done once in a while, but it’s surely not the best way to train for the front lever long term. Use this structure with longer periods and it will be definitely better :) -Gabo
