This looks like a great workout and I can't wait to try it. I have a request though, different music? Or no music? It was just really distracting and unpleasant. But I love your workout! And your presentation is great.

@@juliewood4340 hiii, if you are just starting I would do 3-5 lbs. Then work up to 10 lbs. from there! You are going to do great!!
