I am exploring ways to make a healthy change in my life with some different exercises. I tried a demo of a similar machine at CES2019 and kind of liked it...

I have plantar fasciitis and work on my feet all day. Would this shake my feet to the max? That’s what I feel I need. Could I just sit in a chair and put my feet on it? Of course I’d use it for exercise too.

@@candyc.3163 I have heard that people use this very successfully for plantar fasciitis. I have one and sit on the bed, put the unit on the floor and put my feet on it. So your way would work fine. I have leaned across it for help with bloat in my stomach.

When I haven't exercised in a while, and then I suddenly start up again doing power walks or light running, I get this intense itchiness in my legs. I came to learn that it is from the increase in heart rate and blood flow as your heart delivers more blood and oxygen to the targeted muscles. This causes your capillaries and arteries to expand and stimulates your nerve cells, which apparently can lead to an itchy sensation. I received the vibrator plate from Amazon today and shortly after using it that familiar itchy sensation occurred, so it must be doing something! Excited to see my results in a month.

Another exercise I saw for strong bones was to, stand, with your hands on the back of a chair, lift you heels of the floor and gently bang them back down, repeatedly, to vibrate your bones, and strengthen them. So, if that's true, that machine should do its job.

This is my second vibration oscillating machine kzbin.infoUgkxfz4_K0hTJKkW57TijFZ22TJNCBCKBqZz and this one has a lot more variations and the quality is really good. My other one has a handle but with this one it’s not required the platform is wide enough and the length to be able to do more exercises with and without the handle I can do leg lifts. I use it not only for pain relief but also to help me with Diabetes circulation issues. This was a great present to myself!! It is heavy so be aware of that it’s roughly close to 40-50 lbs but still easy to move when needed. Revision 3/1/21 ; it does weigh exactly how their website mentions and really enjoy this machine and they way it shows on the platform areas to put your feet and what type of exercises it is. I have recommended their machine to my co-workers as well as my MT students. Love their customer Service for any questions or concerns very helpful and courteous!

I have a cheaper model but I LOVE mine! it has totally helped me in so many ways. Circulation, muscle strength and tighten up over all tone ... I'm 50+ & trying to age well and feel good & I DO! I feel better now than I ever have. Also I looked these up and there are Dr.s on You Tube that can't say enough about how Heathy these are if you use them regularly. They were invented in late 1880's( I think by Kellogg Corn Flake Guy) and used to only be used as medical equipment like physical therapy type recovery from illness stuff....FYI 💃🕺

Really helpful video, thanks! This product popped up on the Amazon Early Access Sale for me, I had to learn more about about it and now regret not picking it up at the hundred bucks off price. But there was a lot of testimonials promising this thing could all but time travel, kind of made me cautious to read these skewed endorsements. No one brought up the touchy display screen on the board frex, and that's an important detail imo. I'm super deconditioned due to severe illness over the past year and looking forsomething that I can do without risking injury but still get some cardio. If you got cardio from simply standing on this, that's a promising sign to me. Thanks again. :)

Begist benefit of this machine: The vibrations penetrate all over your body, your muscles, your bones, your organs, your blood cells. 1. it helps decoagulate your blood cells, preventing blood clumps and cluts, by separating blood cells spacing from each other, helping blood flow through out the body which reduces blood pressure related problems. 2. increases bone density over time, helping osteoporosis and joint problems like rheumatoid arteritis 3. helps loosen tight muscles fibers 4. internally massages your organs through the vibration, improving endocrine system, and digestive functions. may help alleviate constipation with more frequent bowl movements 5. will help reduce cellulites 6. helps improve motor cortex functional balance as you do exercise while it vibrates 7. can improve coordination and reflex as you do more asymmetrical exercises on it This is all thanks to the power of vibration and its healing effects on the body. use it 3x a day, for about 10 minutes each session. If you notice any discomfort or abnormal reaction reduce the sessions

So far what I do is 20mins on the tread at 3.5mph, occasionally upping it to 4, 5, or 6 for 1-3mins. I have wrist weights on at 3lbs each the entire time. Then I'm in this machine for 10mins at medium to max setting and raising my arms 4x at 10sec reps. It's only been 4 days so can't say how effective this is.

I was thinking of getting one. Then I read a study. In it it stated should be used under supervision. Some positives increased balance also help with osteoporosis. Although some of these go past OSHA requirements for job safety for minimal exposure. In fact with some units stopped testing with locked knees due to immediate discomfort. There was some thought that it helped knee joints. There other great concern was that the head/cranium is shaking which could lead to some concussive injury to the brain that could possibly lead to CTE or alzheimers. Even the reviewer stated some how feeling concussive.

Can you share the study that you read, please? I’d like to use one of the plates but need to be safe, of course. My young daughter used one under professional supervision and it was helpful to her for vestibular stimulation and helping with sensory processing disorder. I’d like it for bone density and a host of other benefits...

Did you ever look at the contradictions for using a vibrating machine? Such as you shouldn't do this with a pacemaker, metal joints, epilepsy and also don't use it for 30 mins a day because it can cause brain damage by shaking the brain inside your skull. There are no standards for the vibration, but there is vibration limits at the workplace from OSHA. (Thoughts to ponder...) And also it can loosen blood clots and cause strokes, heart attacks. (Just saying...)

I have a blood-clotting disorder so it’s very helpful to know about being cautious with this. I’ll investigate further.

follow up. I laughed till I damn near peed. Then, I thought about my own "younger used to have energy" and didn't need something like this. I bought this maybe March 2020.Then my Dad fell at home. Last year has been dealing with the 3 falls, multiple broken bones and... dealing with Medicare, assisted living apt and getting his meds to him, and pharmacy. The virus, yea... an added bonus of separation. I watched this again, because I actually bought one. If something makes you laugh that hard, and know in your heart you are "just that lazy". Did it. Still in the box. All the family crisis is over, and my home is filled with my parent's things. So, getting really warm now. Going to move this thing outside and give it a serious try. Btw, 61 yrs old.

Hilarious video. I only just found out about vibration training. And I've been working out on/off for yrs. I've seen machines in a fitness center, but I didn't know/understand it. This is interesting, may look into it for future investment.
I tried a Vibration Plate for 6 months - is this legit??
