Steph what's the difference between leg circles with and then without the leg straps?

Without the straps you are working on stability within the hip joint and not letting it move. When you use the straps it is adding resistance creating more work for the muscles around the hip joint

@@SimplyPilates Just ordered the double straps. Hate the red ones. What do you advise how long to do the rebounder each time?

@@faithb8723 You definitely do not need to use the straps when using the rebounder. It is primarily for legwork and getting your heart rate up. I would suggest spending as much time on it as you like, depending on the amount of increased heart rate you were trying to find in your work out
