I just got the pilates power plus last nite. It comes with the push bar adjustment. I can barely move with the arm exercises. Resistance cords are so hard even with one. Very disappointed in that. I sold the one I got scammed. Before Kaswit was sold I bought some new parts and sold it. I got the brand new one 700. For 250.00. Drove here in nyc and got it.

I had to give up my aero pilates reformer. Had it for over 10 years. Too big for my nyc apt. Now yours is 599 or 699. I'm Sr with very bad joint pain.

I hv this machine but not pro. I want build the glute but with this machine i realised the knee will over exceed the toes which is bad for knee...what do u think?

There is one pro on sale on ebay now. I have no room for an orig aero pilates reformer anymore. How many feet so I need to dog leg circles. I'm putting it behind couch. 1 bed apt in nyc. About how many feet in width? Can I add a cardio rebounder to it. I need ankle cuff . Help me please ..

Hi Linda. The best way is to do the actual leg circle lying down on a mat and you can mark how much space you need. You can also judge the space by lying down and opening your arms out the the sides. Yes you can add the cardio rebounder and the ankle cuffs to it. I hope this helps. Let me know if you get it.

It's a great change from the gym. I love Pilates and now can do it at home as well as cable exercises on the Pilates Power Gym. Have a great week Rona.

How do you keep your machine from sliding everytime you do the jump thing? Mine won't do it with out moving all over the floor but not bouncing like yours

Mine is not moving, but you could try putting your machine on a rubber exercise matt and see if that helps it from moving around.

I can't come in mind with any good effective abs exercise with this machine. I do have kettlbell and a big ball but I wanted something with less pressure on the neck. Any ideas??

How effective is this on glute? I am tryging to build a round firm butt but seeing not much lifting. It is not as doing doing leg press machine. The leg press machine has more obvious glute firming effect. I also very concerned over knee injury as the knee exceed toes on this pilate gym. Pls advise.

I would do more one-legged work and go slowly to really isolate the glute muscle and feel the burn. You can also so hip lifts and one-legged hip lifts for the booty. You can also lay on your side and push with one leg. Try these exercises and see how they feel.

For to make frog, leg circles how many resisteces I should need to use? Cause I used to do that in pilates reformer in the gym with resistance number 1 or color white but here I just don’t lnow or it depends how I going to feel? I hope for your response😀 Iam so happy because on Wednesday I get exactly like that (pilates home Pro or is it Power gym? ) 😀😀😀

Hi Angeles. It is the Pilates Power Gym Pro: amzn.to/2sUDmxH Everyone is different so you will need to judge your personal resistance by using the machine. If it is to easy to add more if it is too hard to complete the exercise with proper form than lower the resistance.

I bought my pilates power gym second hand. I'm having trouble with the machine slipping out of the elevated position while I'm using it. Can anyone explain why this might be happening and how to recify the problem.

Hi Cheryl. This is a shorter version of a Pilates reformer but you can do so many amazing things with it.

I got one of these from a friend, but my problem here is that I don't have the foot cuffs. In fact the strings for when you're doing the leg work outs don't go long enough out for me. I'm trying to find something to lengthen the cords but I really can't find anything.

Try adding the bands to a stronger weight. It''s not so much about how wide you can go. Focus on moving slowly and controlled in the range of motion that is available to you. Focus on tightening your core then moving your legs. Let me know if that works better for you.

I got scammed. I have to sell it. I found new one the plus here in nyc. I'm picking it up Feb 17. I lost out my money. But getting new one plus for 250. Kaswit no longer has website. Been down. Co sold

I'm just one person's opinion. I just don't like it. I mean watching all your videos to me works more muscles than in machine does. So are you saying that you need a machine to create your body building body? And that your videos for exercise won't build muscle as much as machines at a gym? So I'm just wondering what you don't do your on exercises that you show on videos. I'm still very very happy that you're back doing videos though and I appreciate all you have done for us women out here.

Hi Carrie. I like to change it up, that is all. I love weights and working out at the gym. I love, Pilates and Yoga. Each works your body differently to avoid muscle imbalances. Just like my workout videos I always change it up. Sometimes its ball, bands, TRX, weights, jump rope, pilates ring. As long as you enjoy what you do that is what counts. Don't worry I will be making more videos stay tuned. :)
