I loved this PJ! 👍I added this on to a 40 minute upper body strength and cardio HIIT, and it made for a nice complete, full body workout. Oh my burnin' buns! Beware caffeinated PJ- she'll kick your butt! LOL Thanks for a great workout PJ! One thing I started doing last year to make workouts simple was to create a Workout of the Day playlist on my KZbin channel. The night before I'll pick out my workouts for the following day (cardio, strength, abs, stretch) and that way I just pull up my playlist in the morning and go to it. No wasted time scrolling through videos (and often getting lost and distracted) trying to put together my daily workout. I also have my workout clothes ready to go so I have no excuses to delay or skip a workout.

I find my self motivation comes in waves. I'll workout in the mornings and eat better for a period of time and then out fizzles out and then I get back to it, etc. The amount of time varies. I'm trying to push past the times when I just don't want to and make myself because I know I feel better when I do it.
