This workout has been great bouncing back from an injury 2 weeks ago. I started this workout last week and couldn't finish it. Today, I did complete it! Thanks for a variety of workouts when some of us can't do the high intensity for whatever reasons. It feels great to be able to move again and get my strength back. Soon, I'll be back to those high intensity ones!!

Feeling out of shape after a month of on-off exercising (flu, traveling, transitioning to new job), so this non-stop workout got me winded! Had to give myself a couple of breaks to catch my breath, but I didn't stop (just as PJ would tell us) 🙂

One 💥 Great 💥 Workout 💥 140 bpm max, which is good for me. Pretty spicy stuff. I’m pretty sure my hips caught fire, and that’s good, since I still have my original hips.😅🔥 You could call a challenge “Fire and Spice!” (You know, a play on “fire and ice?”…no? Ok…🤷♀️) Anyway, thanks, PJ ❤ 😅
