Whew! 🥵 What a difference a cloth band makes! Felt my hips and glutes throughout the first circuit! 😅 This was short and sizzlin' spicy! 🔥🌶

Great workout with minimal equipment! Definitely feeling those glutes and triceps! I like that lunge and tricep kickback move, and those renegade rows were tougher than I expected with the band. Thanks for an awesome workout PJ! Got the heart rate up and trained all the muscles in just 30 minutes :)

This workout was the bomb! To think I almost gave it a miss because I don't have a cloth booty band. Instead, I doubled up my latex bands and it made enough of a difference. The booty band was a nice sub for dumbbells too. I'm sweating, my heart rate is up...this one is totally ACE!

Had to ice the knees after all these squats, but I liked the flow from cardio to strength and using the band instead of weights. Nice way to kick off the month of November!

OMG where are my glutes I lost them and my triceps 😂 You seriously SERIOUSLY out done yourself yet again PJ I've been struggling to get a workout in but this was needed today I was more booty band work especially when travelling because this was the BOMB 💣 I seriously love this and is definitely going into my favourites and will be redone again You are a genius this was AMAZING I love how you used the band for your arms so my question is can we have another band workout for the upper body because I'd love it for travelling I can go into the gym all I see is sweaty machines and no one cleaning them after they use them ,🤢 THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH PJ Steph 🇮🇪

PJ, I'm guessing you've never been to Southern Ontario in the summer.... We are part of Canada and have needed air conditioning for 30+ years. In fact, our air conditioning gets turned on In May and stays on until well after Labour Day!
