For those of you who want a quick 15-minute stretching method for the Liver system, follow along with this routine to enliven both the physical body and mind and help to release anger and frustration. This is particularly appropriate for those of you in the northern hemisphere as we are now in Spring, the associated season of the Liver. It's especially important to take care of our Liver Qi at this time of year, although those of you in the Southern hemisphere can most definitely benefit from this exercise too as it can be practised in any season! :-)
