What a burner! I did this workout to finish off after some light cardio. I broke out in quite a sweat in such a short amount of time. Ladder workouts are always great to overload those muscles. Thank you Tracy!

Did this one for the first time. I thought it would be easy with the low # of reps. My GOODNESS! I was wrong. My shoulders are on fire! I wonder if I will be able to lift my arms tomorrow, hahaha.

Transition between exercises was a bit to quick for me. Hard to maintain good form.
