I'm getting used to these Sunday workouts. Props to you for adding more content to the channel. It has to be tough with all the other things you manage. Definitely appreciate it. Good workout. I increased the weight and time to match my experience level. On the cross body raise, I don't rise as high when I cross and focus on squeezing that pec. Really good pump. The cardio in there is always welcomed. Great work. 👍🏽

Did this as an add on. Great arm burner . I did use heavier weights in each exercise and that was good for me. Thank You for this great little short.

Thanks for this great workout! Loved going from cardio to strength! My grandmother told me when I was younger: don’t stop moving! I have friends who have and they can hardly move now. Granted she was in her 90’s but still. My mom mom could keep up!
