I am 77 and I workout every days and I am 5'.5" tall and were 75 klo & losses over 20 klo in 6 months ..I used to wear size 18 ..and now 12 ..am very proud of my self ..and feeling great 👍

I like this one a lot! I love how I can pick and choose from the different workouts depending on my mood. If I’m tired I can pick a five minute workout and call it quits or do more if I feel inspired. I like how flexible your offerings are for someone with a busy life!

Hello Shelly, I am 51 about to turn 52 and I discovered your workouts about a year ago. my husband actually found them for me and I love them so please keep making them! I do your 15 minute I do your 30 minute I do the 10 minute I do them all!! I’m in good physicalshape. I do struggle with my weight, but I’m not too far gone however I’ve struggled my whole life since a preteen and I’ve finally come to the conclusion that I just need to be healthy and not worry about my size and the extra few pounds that I carry. I just want thank you for posting these workouts and hearing us and seeing us and I’m so blessed by you and thank you so much.

Legs on fire! LOVE THIS HIIT program with these special moves. Thanks Schellea, for being so creative in the variety of moves you combine. Just happy that I’m able to do them at 77 with knee issues. I admit, though, that I have to slow down my pace a bit at times, but… I never stop.😁

That was tough, but not nearly as tough as I found it a year ago! 15-30 minutes of these workouts every day really does make a difference - thank you so much for doing this Schellea! 🙏 I used to absolutely hate squats, but I challenged myself to do 25 squats a day as well and that has helped enormously. Now when I get to the squat part of the routine I see it as the east bit! 😂

Did this workout a few days ago. My legs were a little sore a few hours later, and were still a little sore for the next couple days. I used a step for some of the exercises. I also like the 15 minute workouts. Thanks.

Excellent, as ever. I had weights strapped to my ankles - 2kg each leg - which made this a challenge! I'd just chilled out with a half hour's stretch and I need to work on the upper body now (with weights) but I will give myself a little break! Thank you so much!

Love your workouts, especially those that are more challenging. Thanks so much . Please can you tell me which day of the week you are sending out your weekly challenges. I have received only the first one, which I appreciated so much as I had struggled to access your latest videos. Thanks to you, I am fitter at 69, than 50!
