Fabulous 50's Love your walking/ burning fat & flabby arm Exercise Although ideally need to I'm a bit scared to some of the lying down one I had a hip replacement nearly 2 years Guess I'll just have to adapt them

I am a guy. Enjoy following 10 minute arms no weights and 10 minute abs on back. I rotate these every other day . I also do some aerobics. I can feel my core getting stronger. Wow. Thank you. I think these videos are perfect for those over 50.

WOW! I'm doing the 14 day challenge, and I have to say this video really, really challenged this 72 year old. I could only do about the first 10 to 15 seconds of most of these, but I'm so proud of myself that I didn't give up. Guess I really need to work on my abs. I've been doing your walking workouts for about a month and your uplifting words help me so much in these days of quarantine. I live alone and so I'm starting to feel pretty isolated. I talk to my family on the phone, but it's not the same. Thank you so much!

Love your playlists as well as the very hip vibe. No "old mares", here! AND love these workouts, as well! I'm going on 52 and injured my arm & wrist in Feb. Have been using your workouts to keep fit. I normally do yoga, bicycling, free weights, etc. but these workouts have been a most excellent addition! Have saved them to my library to use while at work, away from home as well. I've been doing Fabulous 50s workouts for the past three weeks and love that I can mix and match to challenge different muscle groups, as well as improve my general fitness. Today I noticed that I was feeling fresh and invigorated while doing yardwork. . . got so much more done that I usually would! Just finished your “abs and thighs” workout. While I enjoyed the exercises, I find your voice to be especially calming and supportive. Your comment at the end of this workout -“go out and do something good for the world today” was a mantra for me. Thank you. 👍🏼🙏

This was a strenuous and wonderful workout. I noticed it in the core, but also legs and lower back! For any other readers with lower back issues, ladies this is very do-able! Some really new moves for me, and Ive tried a lot of things. I am not in particularly good shape =(but trying to get there!), and this was quite challenging without being painful. Leg lifts can often tug on the lower back, but these are different and I felt my back was safe-but challenged. It goes into my *daily ex* playlist!! Thank you Schellea.

This would have to be my favourite of your ab routines. I just completed this workout after doing the 7 minute Get Fit Cardio routine & then followed with your 5 minute full body stretching routine. I've just finished this workout as well as two other of yours and I feel great. I also did a daily stretch and felt so relaxed and happy after it. Your videos are amazing, very happy I found you. You are encouraging me to do exercises as I can't to to my classes with the lockdown here and my knees are suffering, so thanks from the bottom of my ❤️

Day2 absolutely love this & all the other exercises they are so just right for me not stressful like some love the fat burning work outs helping me with my depression already the back 1 is just what I needed as I had a back op year ago after injuring myself while exercising & still suffer from chronic pain x

I like this workout! I was going at a slower pace, yet I stuck with it to the end. I felt it a little in my abs. I'm sure as I keep doing this program I'll feel it more and more.🤩

Thanks so much I'm a cancer survivor with steel rods in my back bilateral forminal stenosis in back with 3 buldging discs in neck. I'm not giving up. If I can do it. Im gonna do it. My life has just begun.

@Theresa Merritt Your positive attitude is impressive! Keep it up and don't give up. I have a back problem and I have just started and it feels good. Reading your comment encouraged me even more. One day all of us will be able to do everything including exercising without ever being sick or in any pain. I love this so much. I’ve been really struggling to find a perfectly balanced abs routine. With fibromyalgia and arthritis, I find many routines too difficult. I was able to complete this whole routine and feel great. So happy that I’ve found you. 💕🙏💕

I have lower back issues and this is the first lower abs workout that I have been able to get through that doesn't hurt my back and also strain my neck. I am definitely feeling my abs getting worked, so this workout is perfect for me and is being added to the rotation of other workouts of yours that I am currently doing. Love your channel!

Hi Shellea, I feel happy today because I am working out with you first thing in the mornings. Starts my day off fabulously. Thank you for all you do. I have been working out with you for several months now and enjoy every moment. I am on vacation and did some painting, cleaning and other stuff instead of exercise. Thought maybe those things could replace it. Yesterday I rested. Today I was so sore I could barely move.... The best part is when I sit down I get sore. When I'm actively working out it doesn't seem to matter what activities I do, I am not sore at all. I'll be 57 in July and feel fabulous.

Just returned to exercise after a 6 week hiatus while recovering from surgery. I knew this video would be my go-to for getting back into exercise. This is the perfect ab routine for a gentle, but thorough, workout. Thank you so much for providing this to the world. Plus, that lovely beach in the background adds therapeutic value. The whole thing is perfect! 😊

This is the first workout I can do (minus one bilateral leg move) that targets the lower abs while it does not aggravate my spinal stenosis like most other ab exercises do. I usually only focus on upper abs because the exercises involve only lifting your shoulders and chest. However, keeping my knees bent for most of this workout I can still get a burn in the lowers. Love all your workouts.

I've been doing this the last 3 days and am surprised how easy they are yet how the next day you feel you've had a work out. I've always skipped ab toning as they are just too difficult and hurt either my neck or my back being 51! This is perfect thank you. Originally found you through make up, but now do hair, make up and exercises with you 🥰. So lovely to find so much information and inspiration on 1 you tube subscription ❤

I tend to avoid floor exercises in general, but especially ab exercises. (I love your standing ab workouts!) But I decided to give this a go this morning, and I absolutely love it! I went a little slower with some of the moves, concentrating on using my abs to do them instead of merely flinging my legs around. So, so pleased! I've been doing your exercises since a friend told me about them a few months ago, and I'm hooked. I love the variety! I'll be 53 in a few days, but I feel better than I did two years ago. Thank you!

Schellea, I really appreciate these "short & sweet" workouts. I have gone through barely getting through one to doing four one right after the other. I am 78 years old and every time you say "we should think about something we are proud of" it comes to mind that I am 78 and doing these exercises. Today I did the ab workout wearing my cut of jean shorts. I don't advise that because from laying on my back I developed a nice little blister right under my waist line. LOL!

Hi Schellea I just wanted you to know that after doing your exercises for about 4 weeks now and this abdomen one is fantastic. My stomach is a lot smaller and firmer than it was 4 weeks ago.. I know it’s never going to be flat again I’m 67 now but I feel great and my fitness and stamina has improved so much. Thank you so much for these videos. I live in the U.K in South Yorkshire and I do my exercises in my living room and then go for a walk in the lovely countryside near my house. Thanks again. Julie xx

So glad I found this workout. I have debilitating arthritis, but I need to exercise. This is a great workout that is not too hard on my lower back. I adapt where it is. The best part is, I REALLY feel the burn in my abs! I am so excited!!!!

I have done a thousand ab crunches only to end up with a very sore neck. This workout is amazing. The next day after doing this workout I could really feel it in my abdomen. I love it, and absolutely NO neck pain. This is my favorite ab work out. Thank you Schellea, your exercises are great. I will be following! :)
