This was my workout for this morning it is another one of my favorite workouts I get some cardio and strength training all in one workout these workouts are great for when you are short on time I got my heart rate up and I got my sweat on all in a shorter amount of time thanks for working out with me this morning Jessica have a great Tuesday ❤️

I enjoyed this cardio strength routine this morning. So good to discover it as it is new to me. It is always wonderful to find one iI haven’t done and to rediscover others I haven’t done in a while. Fantastic to have it on the Healthy For The Holidays Plan. I have renamed it “Healthy For The Lockdown Plan”.....

During these hectic holidays, I don't feel guilty, because I can do these great, shorter workouts when I don't have a lot of time to spend on exercise. I love the combination of cardio and strength! A real time saver! Thanks, Jessica. Merry Christmas to you and Peanut!

I liked this one. Went with light & medium weights my first time, did some switching back and forth (have to be careful with up and out shoulder moves). May be able to go up on some of the moves.

:) well, i've had a busy few months; i've had tendonitis in my right shoulder (thanks for cortisone yay!) :) a lot better now; lost heaps of weight 89-70kgs :) mostly due to cutting out sugar but look forward to getting back into doing regular workouts thanks for another great one

Thanks for sharing this workout. My only comment is that in the first sentence you say this is a no-equipment workout and then you list under equipment you need weights. I will do this video at home but this won't work when on the road. Thx.
