This was my workout for this morning it is another one of my favorite workouts I get some cardio and strength training all in one workout these workouts are great for when you are short on time I got my heart rate up and I got my sweat on all in a shorter amount of time thanks for working out with me this morning Jessica have a great Tuesday ❤️

I enjoyed this cardio strength routine this morning. So good to discover it as it is new to me. It is always wonderful to find one iI haven’t done and to rediscover others I haven’t done in a while. Fantastic to have it on the Healthy For The Holidays Plan. I have renamed it “Healthy For The Lockdown Plan”.....

During these hectic holidays, I don't feel guilty, because I can do these great, shorter workouts when I don't have a lot of time to spend on exercise. I love the combination of cardio and strength! A real time saver! Thanks, Jessica. Merry Christmas to you and Peanut!

Thank you, Jessica and Peanut for this short, sweet & sweaty workout! I've loved your channel for years and since having a baby a few months ago, I have been really digging all the shorter workouts. Finding time has been tough, but I just keep telling myself, "Something is always better than nothing!" :)

Congrats on your baby!! And yes, especially right now, something is always better than nothing!! You are doing great, hang in there! Just keep doing the best you can each day. Every little thing counts and adds up over time. Enjoy this special time with your baby too :-)

A new favorite! Thank you for all you do. You have helped me so much to improve my fitness and wellness the past few years. Gee whiz, Jess, you sure know how to create a short, effective, challenging but doable workout. This was challenging and yet so much fun. I'm sweating as if I did a 45 minute cardio walk. Bless you, and Peanut!

Great short, but sweaty workout! Though I should have done full jumping Jacks but I went for the easy route! Definitely will push myself and do this workout again. Love sleeping Peanut! What a cutie!

I liked this one. Went with light & medium weights my first time, did some switching back and forth (have to be careful with up and out shoulder moves). May be able to go up on some of the moves.

:) well, i've had a busy few months; i've had tendonitis in my right shoulder (thanks for cortisone yay!) :) a lot better now; lost heaps of weight 89-70kgs :) mostly due to cutting out sugar but look forward to getting back into doing regular workouts thanks for another great one

Thanks for sharing this workout. My only comment is that in the first sentence you say this is a no-equipment workout and then you list under equipment you need weights. I will do this video at home but this won't work when on the road. Thx.
