I can't thank you enough Jessica! I am an Argentinian cancer survivor, and the fight against that sickness has left me with body movement limitations and much extra weight. The way you talk to your audience makes me feel that your routines are doable and adaptable. I don't feel bad about myself if I cannot do a particular movement because you always provide options. I've shared your videos with my students during the quarantine and they loved them!

Love these 1 mile walks (express and the "regular" ones) - can combine them with other workouts when I didn't get outside for a bike/walk or just do a quick one for an "after supper" workout. Thanks for your enthusiasm and just enough "verbal motivation". All your routines are simple, easy to follow and doable.

Jessica you really know how to motivate me to complete the walk. I have added this workout to my day and I have lost 50 pounds in the last 8 months. I have arthritis and this workout is easy on my knees. Keep up the good work. Thank you Patricia

Thank you Jessica! I quit smoking 4 weeks ago (I'm 58, smoked for 40 years) and working out with you is making this more tolerable by 10 fold. The variety of the workouts is awesome and I actually look forward to my workout time!! And Peanut, well just to cute!! Again.......THANK YOU!!!! :)

You are wonderful Jessica. I am 62 and out of shape. It has taken several weeks but I am finally keeping up with you. Im losing weight, shaping up and ready to move on. Please do a two mile walk. Maybe by this time next year I'll be ready for the 5 mile challenge! I'll be waiting for our new 2 mile routine. Thanks again.

Lynn, I have Jessica's walk DVd's and I'm 72 and I love the DVD. I am stronger & now can walk further outside when the weather permits. She has a warm up and cool down and some wonderful upper & lower body work. i have not gotten injured @ all. I am prone to injuries. But not with Jessica. I listen to my body. Happy walking

I am obese. And have been inactive for years. This morning i woke up... Stepped into a portable steamer...then did this workout. And to me...this was really a workout. Easy to follow yet fast paced enough that an obese arthritic person can complete it. I hope to do your walking worouts six times a week. Thanks Jessica.

I love this video for when I'm short on time but need something quick and effective to make me feel like I worked out. But I really want to tell you that my sister gave me your "Walk ON 21 Day Weight Loss Plan" as a gift, and I love it. It's challenging no doubt, and I have a knee injury, yet I can do all four sessions with no problem, and I get such a great workout. I've already lost twelve pounds, so I'm well on target for my goal of losing 20 pounds. I call you my coach now, lol. Thank you Jessica for all the quality work you do and for caring so much.

Hey, Jessica.... I'm 63, and needed a workout, but nothing too jarring for my joints. This was perfect, after I've already done another 30 minute video with you....so 50 minutes total with an instructor I really appreciate! AND....Peanut made me laugh out loud today. I walk or do your low impact weight workouts every day, and I have your Five Mile Walk On DVD. I am 57 and try my best to keep up with all 105 pounds of me.I love all of your workouts and I hope you keep up the good work!

I am soooo glad to see this new video. Sometimes I want to exercise but my body just isn't up for a 30 minute workout, and I always head straight to your 12 minute power walk. But I've done that video a million times and I'm so glad there is a new short walking video out. Thank you for all you do Jessica, you are so positive to exercise with.

Jessica, you are hands down the best fitness instructor I have ever trained with or followed. Your positive, encouraging attitude, and cheerful demeanor keep me coming back to more of your workouts. Second mile completed on my indoor walkathon today. It is hot and humid outside but with Jessica's indoor walking playlist it is so easy and fun to get a varied mix of miles to walk this morning in the airconditioned comfort of my office. However, I am still sparkling.

Forgot earlier I did a 20 minute boot camp timer walk video and a 10 minute boot camp timer walk video. On you tube. I love working out to boot camp. Also wearing the fitbit it helps also. Diabetic with neuropathy I work through the foot pain some days are better than others. The lyrica pain medicine makes me gain weight so I started to walk some to loose weight. Thanks great video. This was my walk for this morning it was fast paced all the way through I got my heart rate up and I got my sweat on all while getting a walk in all at the same time plus these are great for when you are short on time or you want to squeeze it in on your lunch break either way you will get a great walk in thanks for walking with me this morning Jessica have a great Thursday 😀

Just completed the workout feeling great!! Before this I did a one hour music cardio of the best music of 2015. In between I did 15 minutes of boot camp timer workouts 3 separate videos and I did 4 -4 minute videos all my workout on you tube losing weight getting fit. Doing the best I can at least I'm moving a little each day. Thanks great workout. First time I've done this video walk workout. I'm a subscriber to the channel. Will be doing more of them. Awesome workout. You can make it more intense by picking up the pace and adding sit-ups and pushups at the end. I can really get my heart rate elevated.

Chose this workout for today because I really wasn't feeling like exercising and I wanted something easy. While the basic steps and moves were easy, I sure worked up a sweat! And I felt better after the workout - so glad I laced up this morning for this! Thank you!

I finally have high speed internet and can now do some of your videos here. I'm thrilled! I've been using the one-mile walks to supplement one of the DVD sets. It's the best of both worlds: I get to cross off a workout on the rotation chart and do something new too.

Jessica, I did this workout 4 times a week -from Dec, 26 to Jan. 25, and twice a week your DVD. Guess what, I lost 7 pounds, and so far I have kept them off. Thank you. Been busy but again I am going to do this workout FIVE TIMES a week. Thank you so much. I love the way my clothes fit. I have never been overweight, but I needed to lose at least 6 pounds. I hope I can lose some more 4 pounds, then I can look like and feel the way I was in my early 40's. thank you!! March 17, 2019

Great workout - I'm healing from a hysterectomy, nearly 6 weeks post op. I was very physically active before surgery, exercising 6-7 days a week. My doctor said I could walk and then begin light exercise on week 6 and build up to where I was slowly. This was a great way to get exercise. Thumbs up!

I've been doing these workouts the past couple of days as I'm just recovering from a colonoscopy and didn't want to leave the house for obvious reasons(!), or do anything too strenuous either- I was originally planning to do a bit of yoga but this is a great alternative! Thanks for sharing these videos x

I love all your work out videos. They are done really well and my stamina got alot better after following your videos for 1 whole month everyday. I lost 4kg and I feel so much stronger (in my arms, shoulder, and legs). and you are extremely engaging. Even my mum and sister joined me whether i exercise to your videos. great work!!

This was a perfect cardio warmup before moving into my strength training for the day. I've really been loving your walking workouts lately for simple cardio that still works up a good sweat. The music is always great as well.

This was perfect for today. I did Superset Sculpt yesterday and I'm a little sore (haven't done that one in a while.) After this I did Short and Sweet Stretch. Looking forward to jumping into subscriber appreciation week tomorrow and making up the workout for day 1 another day.

As one of Jehovah's Witnesses I often do a long shift on our mobile literature carts. The toe tap in this video helped me get my steps in and stopped my legs going numb as they sometimes do. This is currently my favourite morning routine

Hi Jessica, repeating this routine which I like it very much and learning your kickboxing, wow I sweated so much, but the next day wow my thighs hurted, which I will keep it up because I also liked it, thank you for helping us get in shape. Jessica, this is a fantastic walk! I had already done Cardio Flow, Cardio Dance Sculpt, and Core Stretch from the Total Body Balance DVD and Week 1 - Day 3 of Erin Motz's 2014 Official 30 Day Yoga Challenge. Ive been hanging out in my workout clothes ever since so I couldn't resist going ahead and doing this mile. I totally loved it and realized I had a smile on my face the entire time! I'm really looking forward to the viewer inspired videos next week. Thanks so much! You are the very best!
