Loved this one! There were moves I had not done before, and I've done countless workouts. I really liked how much time was taken to do the stretches at the end, too. Oftentimes, that part is too rushed through.

Yes I love how Lauren takes time for the warm up and cool down. I was following another trainer but got tired of her saying be sure to get extra stretching on your own. I need the stretching not bonus moves and she screamed.

So glad I found this! I have scoliosis, osteoporosis, a spinal fusion (9 vertebrae) and just had a knee replacement in July. I'm not very flexible right now, so I've been looking for the right program for me. Due to the scoliosis, it's hard for me to do some of the moves, but I love that it isn't rushed or the music isn't booming in the background. I really believe this is something I can stay with.

Hi Lauren I had planned to start this work out a couple of weeks ago but got a bronchial infection and had to stop all of my exercises. But I was finally able to start back today and I loved this video! Had some difficulty with the lunge but modified the best I could and will keep working on it. I’ll be 74 in August and really need some strength training that’s designed for seniors.Thank you so much❣️

I've been following you for over a year and this is one of my favorite workouts yet! I've recently come out of a walking boot, and this workout covered every major muscle group while allowing me to either keep my feet stationary or modify easily. After doing it twice I'm sweating buckets, but I feel great. I'll definitely be doing this again soon.

Hi Lauren my leg is doing as much spasm when I stand up so I am considering rewinding this twice for 30 minutes tomorrow depending how my leg feels I ended up testing positive for Covid last Tuesday after not being sick in 3 years. My husband had a cold and drank out of my water bottle but he tested negative on Wednesday so I think I was exposed at one of the 2 urgent care centers. Hope you had a nice Thanksgiving.

I really enjoy your videos and as a person with osteoporosis am always looking for osteoporosis friendly videos. I did need to modify the exercises with weights over head and out in front since I have been told this is not best for people with osteoporosis. I was able to use exercises from your other videos to substitute for these exercises or put down my weights for these exercises. Thanks so much.

I am enjoying your video for the first time and I see room for improvement with my strength and form. I am now 76 years old, used to do yoga, a lot of street bike riding, cross country, and other cardio. I have an 26 year old knee replacement and five months ago after a fall a broken twice shoulder and partial hip replacement, that a lot of metal :). I am glad I can start to get more strength training. My form isn't there but I am hopeful that I will improve. I am so glad I came across your videos. I am gentle with myself since especially on the mat my legs are not as straight as yours upwards and doing the 4 looks more like a question mark, just kidding. As I said lots of room for improvement.

Really good exercise, thank you - I kept on thinking how suitable this one is for gardening fitness, which I need. Knee bends and strengthening for all those lifting and crouching jobs. The thing I still quite awkward is getting up from floor level, so this workout should help. I’ll do it again! And again. Thanks Lauren.

Really good. Felt alot of work in my core. Getting better with protecting knee by using my heals. Protect my right upper arm that has a torn muscle. keep movements below shoulder. Now I'm going to do a cardio

Love this workout. Your voice is very calming with soft background noise. I like that you continue to remind us of our posture! As a newbie, I tend to forget. Thank you for your videos

Another fantastic workout from you Lauren. I like the timer. Going slower is more challenging for me. Thanks for the videos! I use one every night so I can add some strength and stretching to my walking routine.

I need these. Have osteoarthritis, cervical arthritis and lower spine issues plus scoliosis so need to keep fit, muscles strong, balance at age 73!
