Hi Tiffany! As I loose weight I'm seeing more jiggle in my arms. Is it okay to do this routine daily to help tighten my arms? Any others suggestions you have is greatly appreciated. Love your workouts and your motivating spirit ❤

Yes you can! I would suggest you do weights 2-3 times a week and include protein into your diet to help develop your muscles.
