Hi James i did your 4/ 6 breathing after you said it would help with my stress / fatigue. It was brilliant i really believe it helped me get much better . 3 months later a few weeks ago , I had a bad thing happen and I gone back and feels worse . I’ve started again i wish I hadn’t have stopped I pray it helps again
