Always good to rotate something new into a workout. That said, one is at risk for an injury with the Iso lat DB flies. My opinion of course. Nice video, thanks.

Great tips. I have a question though. I’m a construction painter and due to the heavy workload over the years I’ve encountered some pain whenever I go lover with my elbows than my shoulders in for example bench press exercises. It seems that the negative angle puts allot of strain on my shoulder joints and therefore increasing the chance of injury and pain. Is there a way to work around this or is it more, as I suppose to adjust for the situation that I’m in now and do the exercises according to what gives me the correct activation without causing paint or strains? Keep up the good work!

Ok so I'm heavy chested just want to lift them. I was tol&and I by doctor to not to anything that's going to tighten top of chest bc I'm already tight and it's pulling on my neck disks

Okay, that stinks. Sorry to hear that. Of course all of these Exercises may not be possible for everyone dealing with injuries or pre-existing conditions. If you have specific directives from a medical professional listen to them and hopefully you'll overcome what you're dealing with asap.

I'd focus on light to moderate loads, higher reps, working all angles for the chest to completely hit the pectoral muscles. Focus on isolation movements like band flies and cable flys at all angles.
