My problem is I already struggle with eye contact as it is due to my Autisim and ADHD, so I literally avoid eye contact until I speak with people. Then I guess I give too strong intense eye contact, because almost everybody I talk to seems to really want me. I am straight, but I guess people misinterpret my unintentional deeply intense eye contact as me being romantically interested even when I am absolutely not. It unfortunately makes guys assume I am gay. It absolutely does not help that I am like 5 foot 4, and take after my mother and have her eyes. I am 40 years old as of next month, until 6 months ago I was very thin and had an almost delicate build with no muscle, or actually heavily atrophied muscles. However since I started riding a BMX bike to my job 3 miles away which has an incline both ways in the middle I do have to struggle up hill the last part of my commute. I have a single gear unlike with 10 speed bikes, so it is a struggle for a person of my age. But my size makes a BMX perfect for me. I get a full body work out and in 6 months daily riding 3 miles there, 3 miles back so 6 miles per day working 5 days a week has given me the physique of Wolverine, (Huge Jackman) but with the face of Dominic Monaghan but with dark brown hair and eyes. So I am absolutely beginning to believe that I am really attractive now and all the attention I have been getting from people has boosted my confidence SLOWLY, still trying to be a better person but am getting there the more experience I have around people. It is crazy because 1 year ago I had a huge beer belly and was overweight and unhealthy, I felt 40. Now I feel and look about 25 and people freak out when I tell them I am my actual age. It instantly makes them more attracted to me. I am very quiet and I guess I have unspoken rizz as the kids say nowadays. I do not pursue people at all and they flock to me. Contrast this with how I would be a chick repellent in my 20's with how cheezy and annoying and loud and brash I was. So I guess I figured out the secret to make myself attractive as fuck. I just need to work on my mind more now that I got my body where I want it. I have extreme social anxiety due to living as a Hikkomori or a hermit who rarely left my room for the past 15 years. So I am super rusty with social interactions but my appearance and stoic nature apparently are a huge factor that play an important role here.
