Meteor 2018 (2022) I was able to gain my first mentor, who is what I call “my industry mentor”. Wow. This video is so correct. I wish I had a mentor decades ago. I would have saved years and money by not making mistakes that a mentor would have called me up on. One caveat to a mentor - if you have one in your work, they will always be thinking of the business you work for so ideally you want a mentor independent of the company you work for.

I recommend watching courses about what you need to learn for your dreams instead, this channel is great. They tell you what habits you need to loose and such, they help you won’t help you actually get there. Why do you think they stuck into making videos with the amount of knowledge they have about business? Don’t get off track from your dreams. A mentor can kill your decision making skills because you basically run to them if something hard comes up. Elon Musk doesn’t even have a mentor.
