I both agree and disagree. I suspect they have piles of art and statues, and the papers of hundreds of interesting people, but anything that could be a science breakthrough or a dark hidden secret probably doesn't exist. Until the past 100 years, we had some very gossipy popes and cardinals. Where possible, they'd give some technological advances to a few religious orders, and monks, etc., and those monks would make bank on booze or bricks or relics, but it was generally just knowledge not known where the monastery was. So, I bet it's worthwhile just because of art and official records, but not for any evidence of anything earth-shattering.

That was horrific, that poor little girl. And how many others did we never hear about. Those who didn't have families to report them missing. The church RAN the orphanages, the hospitals, the schools and especially, in Canada the residential schools where countless indigenous children were tortures and went missing. When I was in my 20's I went to Rome with my then husband. We wen to the Vatican sightseeing and that night after dinner we went to a popular night club. Two young men and a beautiful woman (the distraction) were trying to get friendly with us, we were polite but that was it though they hung around our table. Although we never left our table nor our drinks alone, our drinks got spiked. My ex was twice my size so it didn't hit him as hard and he knew we were in trouble. I however was hardly able to walk after a few drinks!! I was NOT drunk!! Had I been alone, I don't even want to think about it!! We got out of the club in a hurry, my ex almost having to carry me and while he was was securing a taxi, those same two men and woman speed up to us in a car, the back door swung open and they tried to pull me into the car. At first under the guise of wanting to take us to party but my ex told them to F off... then they got very insistent!!! I was so affected by the whatever was in my drinks, I was useless, I could not protect myself but my ex fought hard and managed to beat them off and get me into the taxi and safely back to the hotel. I was violently ill for days afterward. We should have filed a police report and had bloodwork done but we were leaving early the next day. I look back and wonder, first of all, how bloody lucky I am to still be here! Who knows what they had in store for me but it wasn't good. It could have been just 3 deviants but I don't think so. They could have stolen my purse if they were thieves. They could have worked for a human trafficking ring or.... did it have something to do with visiting the Vatican. I will never know and I think that's for the best! Looking back, I had had a CRAZY run in when I was a young teen with Pope John Paul ll when he was doing open air appearance in my city and my father got me a job selling souvenirs at the event which he forever denied later. He was a high level Mason .... no need to get into that but it was suspect looking back. What's odd is my brain is very fogging surrounding that day and possibly meeting the Pope face to face during that event which is odd because I have an amazing memory normally but that day is very fuzzy and just have an odd memory of coming face to face with him and there being a very weird vibe, the way he stared at me and uncomfortably gave me weird nod as if he knew me from earlier that day??? I know that makes no sense but like I said, the whole day is a blur and why would it be???? Later that evening I was having dinner at a restaurant with a friend. Yes, where were my PARENTS???? But this was the 80s!! This was several hours later and on the opposite end of the city. As we walked out of the restaurant, suddenly there is the POPE in his Pope-mobile...which makes NO LOGICAL SENSE looking back. His car had been parked just up the street and when we came outside it immediately sped right up to us, stopping right in front of us, him waving and smiling at me..... like we were old buddies!!! Everything about that moment was WRONG!! It was my reaction that speaks volumes, I didn't wave back and smile like one should do to one of the most famous men in the world, I literally screamed, grabbed my friends arm and told her to RUUUUUNNNNNN!!! And as soon as we did, we were literally chased by the POPE-MOBILE, squealing its tires, making hairpin turns!!! OMG HAHAHA It sounds hilarious now but was it? Why was he there? What are the odds??? Could it have been a coincidence?? If so, why chase us?? It all seemed so sinister!! Years later I did some research on his visit and that man's schedule was back to back, non stop appearances. And none of them would have put him in that location, at that time, in the damn POPE MOBILE!! And there wasn't a convoy of security and extra cars, it was just him with two men in the front and just seemed like he was out hunting. Though why in the Pope-Mobile? Not very inconspicuous!! And if you look at both situations a little over a decade apart and it just doesn't add up!! Sorry for the novella but when you mentioned that poor young girl, that's around the age I was when that happened. Was I one of the lucky ones? Twice?

Just type in "kidnapped girl at Vatican." Apparently, this girl's father (an employee at the Vatican) eventually found out that the Vatican could have saved (paid the ransom) his daughter, but they chose not to. IMO, it is worth watching.

I was forced to go to a Catholic school for three years. We were ordered by the mother Superior that we must pray that all people become Catholics that was 1960. The priests were always saying give to the poor ,give to the poor. A young boy that lived across from the church had four siblings and a mother who worked three jobs after her husband deserted the family.years later that boy ended up marrying my younger sister in 1982. His family was never helped all those years. I despise the Catholic religion and our two youngest sons were baptized Lutheran. At the age of 12 I saw so much hypocrisy and untruths. Watching your video reminded me of a story I read in Giovanni Boccaccio’s Decameron written in the 14th Century. There were two business partners in Germany, one Catholic and one Jewish. The Catholic really esteemed his Jewish partner and prayed for his salvation and conversion to the true religion. It was the Catholic who went to Rome on business each year, but one year he fell ill and wasn’t able to travel. The Jewish partner decided to go and carry out their business. But the Catholic was despairing because he knew that once the Jewish partner went to Rome and saw all the corruption there, he would never convert, alas! But he Jew did go to Rome and when he returned, he asked his Catholic partner how he could convert and join the Catholic Church? The Catholic partner was astounded--what had happened? The Jew explained that when he saw how corrupt the church was, he realized that any human institution that corrupt could not possibly survive for very long-unless it was protected by God Himself! That convinced him that the Catholic religion had to be the true religion!

According to the Catholic Church Peter was the first pope but over time it has been made obvious that the Catholic Church has been corrupted and still is. Yes, Jesus gave Peter the keys to the kingdom of heaven Matthew 16:19. But the very first papacy of the church when Peter was pope did not remain pure and incorruptible for long. So I still stand by my point that those early popes were not in alignment with Peter and Jesus and when that happens those people regardless of their title are separated from God and so are in hell. Therefore neither are it's doctrine nor its papacy. They worship Mary, burn insense to her statue, say rosaries and idolize a guy in rich vestments who rides scared inside a bubble armoured car. Jesus never hid.
