I made my luck the day I left home at age 15 and vowed never to return until I make it and today am almost there..... All thanks to God almighty.. Turning 18 this year already won 3 best player award in 3 different states in Nigeria now scouted and brought to Turkey without seeing my parents,, that's grace coupled with luck... I keep praying and believing that soon I will get a club and finally achieve my dreams of becoming the worlds best footballer...

LUCK. In a way I made my own luck. It took me off and on 15 years to pass the ASVAB for the Army. Mostly due in part of the different math types. Currently Active Duty, serving the remaining last three years of obligation. This October will be ten years being in. I enlisted when I was thirty-three. I’m already making plans for life after Army. I’m one of the senior supervisors in my unit as a diesel mechanic. February next year I’ll graduate from Western Tech College in El Paso with my Associates in Diesel Technology. I also plan to attend UTI and earn my automotive degree. End result is to earn my masters in both diesel and automotive. Open my own shop but not JUST the typical repair shop. I thank Alux and other motivational channels and books that assist in my perspective of our world.

You are confusing luck with reward from input/effort. If I buy an umbrella and use it during the rain; that is not luck. But if I find $100 on the floor outside, that is luck. With your logic, turning the kettle on and the water boiling is lucky. lol

I made my own luck by realising that what I grew up with wasn't enough when I became an adult. I had to go through some tough times. Moving from knowing everybody 2 knowing nobody because I now worked in the city and not the place I was brought up in tested me immensely. I'm not an extrovert, it takes me time 2 feel comfortable. With time I got better at it, and of course knowing the process helps me understand my feelings and what comes next. Next it was moving locations several times in the same country. I got 2 see a very different side of life n met many people I'm sure I never would have. Most of them had valuable insights n ways of doing things I probably would never had thought of. Sure I still get stuck sometimes, and frustrated. So a couple of years ago I took the next step n now work abroad. Whole new world over again. So many new ideas n ways of thinking I can use for the future. Now I'm not sure I'll get the opportunity 2 work in space, but there still seem to be many places n things I can do. One trick seems 2 be a get a good reputation and be known 4 being resourceful and for what you can do. It's what you know, and who you know.

I had to pause the video because I totally agree with the first one. I've always thought people often focus on what they don't have, instead of being grateful first for those they already enjoy. So I wanted to share my list with you. Five things I'm grateful for in life: 1. I'M A MAN - Don't mean to sound sexist, but let's face it: men still have so many more opportunities in the world than women. It shouldn't be like that, but it's definitely a big advantage being a man still these days. Plus, we're more practical. 2. I WAS BORN IN MEXICO - Being born and live in a multicultural country has been a great life experience, it's like living in a bunch of countries and eras at the same time. 3. I'M COMPLETE AND HEALTHY - As long as I have my body complete, my senses, and a good health, I know I can achieve anything! 4 . I'M YOUNG - I just turned 30 in January and I feel great! And many people won't even believe me when I say my age. 5. I SPEAK ENGLISH - English today is a huge tool in life and business, and this is a perfect instance of this video's topic itself: some people would say "you're so lucky being bilingual", but I actually created my own luck by learning a new language.

Hi @Alux, interesting and useful topic, as usuall.. I started working in late 2017, at logistics SME in Mozambique as the one responsable for Clients prospection, management and B2B exchanges... There's was barelly any cash flow at time and... In total I remained 8 months investing (tentenaciously) my allowance so that I could have some experience and become more appealing to working market.. By that time the SME had 1 anual contract with a big statal company and 2 other big contracts; therefore it's cashflow was at pick. Even though the cash flow was not an issue anymore; I took another opportunity and started from 0 in the company I'm currently in.. Once again I created a clients database from scratch and, developing business... By the end of last week, thank God, I won my 1st major contract and; Im celebrating and trying to make a new and ever better and bigger luck for myself and those around me! Regards, from Mozambique

"LUCK" This 1, is one of my favorites. Many of the 15 steps are things that were incorporated into my life before ever seeing the video. For example, realize how fortunate i already am. If nothing good ever happened to me again from this day forward, i would still be extremely bless. Every day i recognize a blessing that i didn't recognize the day before, it had always been there, i just hadn't recognized it yet. This video is one you want to watch over and over to help get refocused on those days when it seems like you are not winning, and the world is kicking your ass like you owe it money. I haven't reached that billionaire status yet, but one thing i already know... If i don't enjoy the ride, if i don't enjoy the journey the destination (billionaire status) will never live up to my expectations. Even if i don't make it to billionaire status, I wanna be able to say, "Holy Cow!, What a hell of a ride, journey it's been. The ride was worth the price i had to pay and i am still blessed!

Now I have part ownership in a company growing mushrooms. Just met this person a couple months ago. I'm also going back to school and I'm finding new people to add to my network everyday. Different paths right lol. I literally just got a car for free the other day. I don't know if it was a mushrooms but something just made me lucky for no reason. I also binge-watch information all day so that could have something to do with it. We are all the sum of our own knowledge. I've done a lot of work to get where I am but I still feel extremely lucky. LUCK -Thanks so much for lessons -As a suggestion/reminder, majority of what people find love/perseverence for will not bring them a financially sound future, but only a decent income and happiness if they master it at the sacrifice of other life aspects. This is true no matter how it's sliced up or taken out of context for 1 point or another. In this day and age, with everyone's time squeezed so much more, there is so much less time for people to master all needed life aspects. Alux serves as a great reminder for many points separate from combined reality. Respect and Love Alux Thanks a mil for your great videos.

So I still manage to work on my website, my craft, and training a few ppl still although my schedule won’t permit it as much. I work 40+ a week and go to school, but I invested another hundred or so on a graphic designer for my business cards as well as more cards. #14. LEVERAGE BAD LUCK. I live in Vegas and people TRY to do this all the time. "The ball landed on RED 22 times in a row, BLACK is due!!!" Places all their money on Black...ball lands on RED!!!!! In the financial markets, they say the trend is your friend. If something's going up and doing well, chances are its going to keep doing that (unless something really bad and unusual happens), if a stock has been on the slow and long downtrend for a few years, again unless something radically good happens, its probably gonna keep going that way. The same with our lives. If we suck, unless we take radical tangible action daily, we're gonna keep sucking, and our situations will probably get progressively worse. Even if we get a good flash in the pan, we won't be able to make it last. Many lottery winners go broke for a reason, their lives were messy and they were bad with money to start, now they are just bad with a lot of money. If we are personally on the up trend, living good, adding value, no personal leaks like drugs or drinking too much ect, even if something really bad happens, in a year the odds are that that "up trend" person will have shaken it off, overcome it, or neutralized it in their lives and they are rising again. It seems the way to truly leverage bad luck is to look at what was unlucky, if anything (usually not) and then fix our parts of it that can be fixed (usually a ton). Stay focused on the daily, Alux brothers and sisters.

This is their best video yet. I operate on every one of these principles- it’s great hearing these out loud and presented differently. There’s a great book called “How to Make Luck” by Marc Myers that is a natural extension of this...

I made my own LUCK when I decided to do what I am good at and made a commitment to keep pursuing it to fruition, not just following others based on fears and illusion of security

Pretty sure you went wrong at Catholic and mother Mary but everything else sounds good. Just don't believe a system that would change the bible.

Luck!! It's true, when I failed in something that I really wanted, made me look forward and to open my mind to another and better options than before, even in other fields. Now, and also with this video, I feel more motivated, because I'm making my luck.

One way I have created My own luck is by working out consistently. Through working out, I have been reacquainted with a former schoolmate of mine from college. We are now business partners.

Luck is defined as " the place where opportunity meets preparation." If you are wise, you are always prepared but it takes something else altogether to recognize opportunity.

LUCK! Five things: 1 WELFARE! 2. Money 3. The Internet 4. Porsches 5. Paper(both kinds). Made my own luck: As a young adult, I was the biggest sucker in world history. I mean I was taking out 13,000 dollars per year to go to an unaccredited diploma mill and I was using my student loan money to buy my family stuff and pay their bills while I myself was starving. Total sucker. Anyway, I got to the point where I really should've died, but I made a super-big decision. It was risky, but I got super-lucky. I'm not joking: I live like a billionaire today. Everyone around me is working 8 hours a day, just to go deeper into debt. My debts are all paid back. The only thing I have to think about until I die is how to get rich (and die rich). If I hadn't done what I did on September 24th of 2008, I simply would've died. No one would've mourned me and I probably wouldn't even have a grave.

I made my luck by knowing when to make a wise decision knowing that the results will be of no good or useful in long time or that it's a temporary pleasures to buy items just to impress others or fill the void in your heart I'm glad I'm a stubborn and strong headed man who knows what truly going on and never give a ounce of shit to those berating and seeking my attention just to to get noticed I always have my masculine intuition and instinct no matter where I am going.... "LUCK"

Luck. I've made my own Luck. Last year I lost everything. I lost 3 cars,& my Business. I remember walking on a street called Congress Ave here in Austin,Tx. I saw this car I wanted. So,I walked over there & applied for the car. The Lady was beautiful. Sadly,I wasnt approved. I forgot to say along with losing everything I was waiting on a $1,500 Dollar check in the mail. I hadn't received that.😑 I was at my lowest point! I had an idea. I said to myself "When I receive the money I've been waiting on I will pay a debt of $176 I've owed for years. Fast forward a year. I paid that 1 debt & its changed my life. I applied for the job I've always wanted. I made $28,000 in 6 months. I bought a new car at a very good percentage rate. (Its not an Asset) lol. More Importantly I bought my Domain Name I've been thinking about for awhile. LUCK! WOO
