My list: from having lived 63 years. Learn to be self-sufficient as much as possible. Learn to clean, organize, and do laundry. Set up routines, keep to a schedule. Eat at the same time each day. Sleep at the same time each day. Learn to garden, learn to cook from scratch. Learn to swim. Learn to play an instrument, even if it is just a harmonica, mouth harp, spoons, singing, or whistling. Learn to dance, even just enough to dance at a wedding. Take a speed reading course, it will help make reading easier to do. Then try to read one book a month, ask people you know their favorite book and try it out. Learn to visualize, and imagine a better future. Listen carefully to your intuition. Develop your discernment. Travel every year. Start by seeing your own local tourist destinations. Then see the ones in your State. Then see all the national parks and national attractions. Do this early, don't put it off until you retire. Learn about values, choose some and live by them, intentionally. Volunteer 4 hours per week, commit to one year. Then switch to another volunteer activity. Dedicate it in honor of a lost loved one's memory. Have a hobby that isn't just watching TV or playing video games, or collecting things. Go for a 2 mile walk every day in nature. Never buy consumer items on credit. Don't have any installment payments of any kind, (unless it is for something that helps you to make money, or do your job) including student loans, mortgages, vehicle leases, credit cards not paid in full each month. Talk to your elders. Ask about their life experiences, memories and ideas. If they are gone, visit a nursing home or elderly neighbor, or someone at the local community center. Find a mentor. AND mentor someone younger than you, at the same time. Learn to give civil, not exaggerated, thoughtful feedback to any store or service, including medical that you receive. By a letter, e-mail and in person. Get involved in your local community. Wherever you live, discover what issues your community is facing. Learn to call and write your representatives in local, state, and federal government. Be sure to vote. Take a child development course before having children. Spend time with your family. Learn to pray as well as meditate. Ask for what you want, but also ask for guidance on what is best for your highest self purpose. Have a purpose, live on purpose. If you don't have a purpose make one up and try it out for a while. Keep doing things on purpose. Don't just get blown around by every wind that flies by you. Learn what it means to be grounded, and stand your ground. Learn what boundaries are and how to use them. Learn how to be assertive. Not aggressive, or passive. There is a big difference. Learn how to speak in public early on. If you wait, it can become an exaggerated fear.

Binary options trading is a good trading that you can make money and more profits from!!! Do you know that you can make as much as $3,600 in a week with just $500? Ask me how ? Binary options trading is like if you invest in trading with $500 it’s possible for you to get over $3,600 in a week that’s 7days off trading💰 But mind you, in order for you to accumulate this you would need a licensed account manager to take proper monitor of your account if not you might ended up losing your money, just Incase you need to contact a perfect trader or account manager for your investment or you need a proper tutorial on how to invest your money. I suggest you contact GARYSROOM102 on Instagram or maybe give him a text via his WhatsApp number: +1 (458) 201 5376. He offered a good and legit service such as: .Boosting of credit score .PayPal money flip .CashApp money flip .Zelle money flip .Venmo money flip .Chime money flip .Credit card top up .Wire transfer .Bitcoin Trading .Forex Trading .Loan grant .Bank Logs .Banking loading .Stocks shares and management and many more. His service to me has really helped things with me and my family during this pandemic, He’s reliable and 100% save💯💯✔️✔️

Useful information. However, from the comments below some seem to be misinterpreting this information; Life is not a selfish competition Life is not about who beats who Life is not about winners and losers. A lot of the comments seem to derive from a selfish place. And selfishness ultimately has it downfall. Try to think more in terms of selflessness, i.e. Serving others If you are in business already you will come to understand that the market rewards the one who GIVES the best solutions to problems. Stop thinking of selfish gain; it's disgusting and will keep in dissatisfaction, fear, anxiety etc It's not all about you

I think people will interpret any piece of information any way they want. usually based on their personality. Same as they will use any resources any way they want. Just like social media. to some people, social media is an opportunity to sell, to meet people, communicate with loved ones, etc., i. e., social media is good. on the other hand, people will associate social media with procrastination, distractions, practicing schemes, catfishing, etc, i. e. social media is bad. People interpreting this video negatively just shows the kind of people they are.

To CB... exactly. The intention behind our actions matter. The universe will pave the way for those whose motivations are selfless. There is no such thing as 'luck'... nothing happens randomly. Success based on selfish motivations is fleeting and will eventually turn on the self centered who continually put themselves first.. at the expense of others.

All the fifteen things mentioned in the video can be mastered just by following few rules,1. Start practicing these things as early as you got aware.2. Be persistent and be proactive.3. Never buy things like '' I will do this from tomorrow, after the holidays, by this new year. Such kind of approach would make things only worse when you really start because you have already missed the chance to get the head start.4. Life can't ever be perfect, We are so resilient that we can live with some minor flaws.

English major and entrepreneur here: You literally do learn how to decompose material into more manageable pieces in literature. One reason why people lack the ability to complete manuscripts is because they can see the end goal, but can’t plan out the story in a way that allows them to come to their end goal. This is another reason why people struggle with reading comprehension. They can get the gist of what is being said, but don’t actually understand why it’s being presented in the way that it is, or what events in the novel or piece let them to the overall main idea of it. Planning is not unique to STEM majors.

I disagree with number 3. Not the fact that meditation has those benefits, but the fact that she said “You are your mind.” You are not your mind, you are the being that is aware of your mind and it’s thoughts. That’s the purpose of meditation. Training the distinction between your mind and awareness. We are awareness. The phrase “you are your mind” implies that you HAVE a mind. Meaning you are the possessor that possesses a mind, and is therefore contradictory in a sense. Other than that, pretty solid content. Thank you. P.S. To Alux and it’s followers: Read The Power Of Now by Eckhart Tolle. Bestseller, Interviewed and admired by Oprah, great start for learning meditation and being your true self.

Simulate or make a vision of the future you want. I find this very worthwhile among the list. There may be a lot of people fantasizing this or that or maybe perhaps wishing for a time back in the past so as to change one's history and thus regrets... But indeed, rather than wish for a time machine to erase regrets, why not do some 'prediction-ing' of one's future? Imagining the scenarios and preparing what to do, how to react and likes. Perfecting it may be farfetched, but it'll do prepare one's mind (perhaps remove some of the lurking fears) and maybe see potential problems that can arise thus another advantage gained. And while the 15 on the list are important too, SIMULATION, in my preference topped it like a cherry on top~. Just our brain's ability to visualize and imagine, lots of benefits can be exacted to reality. Imagination is the limit. Sky's the limit.

Simulate: Thanks for the video. I appreciate the content and the level of brutal honesty these series have-even when others vehemently disagree. This kind of knowledge is invaluable for helping people improve their lives. I've often used simulation to help me make decisions or to better understand a situation unfolding before. Strangely enough, when I've tried to share this with other people, they often equate this to worry/anxiety, and something to be avoided. I feel like there is a very stark contrast between the two behaviors, as they have different effects and outcomes. For simulation, it helps a person to better understand the situation and allows them to have an influence on decisions to get the results they want. As opposed to worry, where you constantly go through various worst-case scenarios which only increases your fear and you don't have any control or influence. Has anyone had any experience with this?

Please Alux... May you make a specific video about the point 16. simulation(analysis, simulate, planning, predicting future) whatever it can be. I love point No: 16
@matthewbrown61635 жыл бұрын
Simulate refers to running through all those steps in a mental simulation. You need to plan, process & produce SIMULATIONS, mentally. What we call WHAT IF situations in my industry. Just like emergency services & the military go through war simulations you need to prepare for the future.

Its visualization. The ability to visualize. To see in clear detail the life that you want to have. The end goal. You simulate the choices you make and see if it aligns with the end goal you have in your mind. It's also called planning ahead. It's also called meditation. When you cant sleep and all you have in your mind is your end goal, that thing that you really want, and you replay that image, that movie in your mind until you fall asleep. That is a form of meditation. With that you start to vibrate the universe with your intention and make it a reality by acting on it and staying on course no matter what.
