I was a flower girl once when I was 4. Back then, I knew the entire Spanish language as my second language. But, I don’t know it now. 🙂 It is important for anyone to learn a second language in my opinion because it is good for the brain. When speaking another language, you are using a different part of your brain than you use when speaking your own language.
@Lotr29873 жыл бұрын
Not everyone is able to speak another language tho, learning another language isn't the easiest thing to do either, it may be important to know how to speak another language but people don't have to do it if they don't want to, although yes it is important for non English speakers to know how to at least speak English or can speak very fluent English, because of the problem where people don't know what they're saying, It is fine if you live with mostly knowing how to speak English, or if you very rarely speak your native language and mk

We are pregnant with #6.. Personally I think it's are fair as we ourselves expect alot of our children. At home they can act how they wish to a point however in public it is quite the opposite as they are all expected to not run or play around unless given permission they are all taught at an extremely young age to stick with and walk with their family not to run, raise their voices or scream at dinners they stay quiet using their inside voices they never leave the table without permission even our little ones never run around and annoy others around they stay seated. The boys are to hold doors open for everyone including their own father and so on. They are all very well behaved and do very well in school. Things for our children as well as the royals can be much harder it's all how everything is handled.

"the royal family has been attending this church since queen victoria started tradition in the 16th century" ...queen victoria was queen in the *19th* century.
@judynesher58983 жыл бұрын
Quite so! The people who make up these comments should do some research so as not to make stupid mistakes like that! Though, come to think of it, if they were right Queen Elizabeth I and Queen Victoria would probably have known each other and we'd still be recovering from the 'sparks' between the two of them!!! They were both feisty women!!!

They aren't allowed to use apologetic words like "pardon and sorry?" What do they say to someone who lost a loved one? I guess they are supposed to say "I'm happy for your loss." Instead of saying "pardon me" do they say "get out the way?" Does it also mean they are being raised that they are never wrong in anything they do? They step on someone's foot then it is the other person who is suppose to say "I'm sorry." They are weird with their rules.

Zizi Zo probably because the queen is from the 1900 and she makes all the rules did you know that Queen Elizabeth’s kids don’t even have custody of their own kids Queen Elizabeth has custody of her grandchildren which makes no sense to me why wouldn’t they have custody of their own children apparently custody belongs to the queen the grandmother

@timtreefrog96462 жыл бұрын
Everyone in the UK knows it is not easy at all. You have to always behave. Meet and greet people, be nice to people all day, not publicly have an opinion etc. I do not know why (after 2 years of royal duties and observing what was required) Meghan Markle thought she would marry into it - & be happy to keep her opinions quiet for the rest of her life? I wouldn't suit that life for sure.

While I wouldn't want to abide by these rules myself, its one of the reason I enjoy the Royals and respect them. They are the keepers of another era in action and retain that significance of another era that I would hate to be interrupted or discarded. Hope like hell that Harrys wife does not deviate from them.

5:10 is not "surprising" at all. Holiday dinners in many typical American extended families is the same way. You don't want a bunch of small children at the adult table, making a mess, hearing adult conversation and saying/doing annoying things. The children also have no interest in being at the adult table and would rather socialize with each other. So there's often a kids' table and a grown-ups table. Kids usually graduate to the adult table sometime around their early teens.
