Contents : 1. Stick to a workout routine. 2. Spinning class is a must try. 3. 10 minutes workouts are OK. 4. Dance it out ( personal favorite) 5. Morning time is the best time to workout. 6. Have a regular sleep schedule. 7. Cut down on sugar. 8. Eat more vegetables. 9. Eat dark chocolate when craving chocolate. 10. Always have a post workout snack. 11. Never skip breakfast. 12.
