I met Enzo as a teenager. I was working at Broadway Motors, a Ferrari dealership. He came to inspect and approve the dealership. He was intense and a no bullshit personality. He took a liking to me, because he heard from another Italian factory mechanic I was being trained by, that I love his cars and the engineering that went into them. Very few people got to know the" old man", but I did and made a friend for life. I went onto college and still to this can synchronize 12 carburetors on those amazing 12's. I also own a 308 I inherited.

If i can have more than one... 288 GTO, 250 GTO, Testarossa, Enzo and La Ferrari of course would be just the most mythical collection. The 250 gto isn't the most valuable Ferrari. It's the most valuable one to go up for auction. Don't down play what ford did to Ferrari. The ford GT kicked the living crap out of Ferrari and every race in 1966 including finishing 1,2,3 at Le Mans where Ferrari didn't even have a car finish. Lastly ever since Enzo passed away Ferrari has been on a downward spiral in the racing word.

I raced a brand new one down a mountain....I would pull ahead in the straights he would catch up in the turns..... It was way way too FN fast... So I backed off gently, enough to give the Ferrari the win..... At the bottom of the mountain I saw spinning tire tracks and saw the Ferrari went to oversteer heaven "1990 testarossa" the car was completely destroyed and took out several parked cars and a fire hydrant....I pulled over and jumped out... The 2 men were out and walking around in perfect health!!! That car was completely obliterated!! And the 2 guys inside not a scratch and no fire!! That car was bad ass!! And saved the lives of the occupants! It was a Saudi oil shiek and his car dealer....

Power is measure in watts, horsepower and torque is another measurement of the force exerted by an engine, this can be torque can be measured I foot pounds or Newton meters. You just listed the engines maximum amount of revolutions per minute (effectively saying how fast the engine can spin) that has 0 to do with how much power the motor can produce.

yes, she mis-pronounces many italian words, but so does practically every english/american person, and even when they think they are pronouncing them correctly, they are not. Only an italian can pronounce italian words truely correctly. Similarly, have you heard an italian speak english, or a german or french speak english- they will always pronounce a foreign language with their native infliction. so all these critical comments about her pronunciation coming from people who probably can't speak 2 words of italian crack me up. Less forgivable are her screw-up regarding rpm and horsepower

Its tough to say what Ferrari suits me (assuming road going cars only). Of all the models I think the Dino GT4 suits me the best, which is/nt a "Ferrari"; however I have to say that the F50, 348 and 308 are my favorites (So one of those)
