Nice Vídeo Adam. Three questions: 1- Do you get sore next day using these techniques ? 2- What about Cardio ? What type are you used to do ? 3- Is there any video about TRX calves exercises ? Tks dude

Thanks, I hope it was useful. In answer to your questions: 1 - Yes I do. It takes me roughly 2-3 days to recover before I then train again. 2- These TRX training workouts are high intensity so I find I am in an aerobic heart rate zone for most of the workout, jumping in and out of anaerobic throughout the TRX exercises themselves. I love road cycling and get out when I can but living in grey England, that isn't very often at the moment haha 3 - Sure thing: kzbin.info/www/bejne/gZrMp6VnbM12edE

Hi Adam great work......just one thing. Have you tried NOT locking arms out fully when doing for instance curls or tricep extensions.

Thanks Dave, hope it was useful. I recommend not locking arms out at beginner and intermediate level. But at an advanced level we want to be using opposing muscles to create greater ranges of motion. When one muscle contracts the other muscle must lengthen. Contracting the opposing arm muscle at the bottom, like triceps when working the biceps, will lengthen the biceps giving up to an inch of extra muscle to engage on the contraction phase. An inch of extra development not missed out on. The same principle applies to all muscle pairings.

This vid isn't a workout t's a demonstration of how to take exercises to failure at an advanced level for my TRX Full Body Athlete Program - trxtraveller.com/product/trx-full-body-intensity-program/ You could certainly use a variation of the exercises to do workouts. Just be careful of taking to many exercises to failure until your body adapts to the training demands.
