About 50+ ago, the Men's and Women's Gymnastics Teams performed an act in the Gym Building, called the Golden Plateau... the athletes were smeared from head to toe with a gold-toned goo and they performed as visual statues in different poses... it was absolutely BEAUTIFUL.

It is ludicrous when someone performs a dangerous act,then the taxt says "do not try this at home" Most times that happens the act involves huge machines, or long swords. How could anyone even think of trying that at home, or even have the money or space to buy all those props.
