My daughters, Mary and Rita, find out why I had three diplomatic passports. What makes them different from ordinary passports? Is it better? I try to answer all of them to the best of my knowledge and experience.

1. He can travel using it. 2. There will be some difference but you will be treated the same at the airport. 3. Yes but only with permission. Normally it's cancelled when you leave.
