Yup, I did apartment maintenance for 12 years and residents would always put grease down the kitchen sinks and it would clog the main drain and cause the all the water to back up in the bottom floor unit and pretty much flood it. So we always had to call out a plumber for a grease clog that was about 30 to 40 feet out.
