This budget spreadsheet will allow you to view your expenses for each month and know how much you are spending and how much play money you have available to spend.

You can also use this when you are making financial decisions or need to figure out if you can afford the extra purchases or not. It’s also great for tax purposes. Write off everything for you work from home people.
I have been using a similar spreadsheet since 2013 and it has evolved over the years and allowed me to completely manage my financial situation better than ever. I wanted to share this with others and its completely free. No software needed other than Microsoft Excel, which everyone has on their computers. If you don’t have it, its free online from Microsoft and Google to everyone.

To get started, please place all of your “Personal Bills” (Credit Cards, Car Payment, Loans, and any continuous expenses) and “Household Bills” (Mortgage, Rent, Alarm, Utilities, and anything continuous associated with your household expenses) on it. I created this budget tracking tool to expand and sustain spending. When making financial decisions (can I afford that TV). Just plug in the cost and it will tell you if you can afford that extra payment.

2. Open the Quick Start Video Folder, download and view the Quick Start Video
3. Open the MS & Google Spreadsheets folder and download the Excel Spreadsheet
4. Open the Extended Detailed Videos folder and view all of the additional content.
Save the attachments to your computer and open it in Microsoft Excel or Google . It will open up to a large screen that provides specific instructions. Follow step by step and you will be a pro in a matter of minutes. If you view the video from dropbox, the quality will be very low and terrible, so remember to download first.
