Good question. I did a little hunting and it does not appear to be certified by any body.

@@TheNetGuy Yeah, typical "CE" crap only. It might be wise to never power it up again. I heard talks about insurance claims not honored in full or rejected if source of fire was non-certified devices. Do not get me wrong, "ETL" certified devices bad as well, will kill itself one day, but will not kill end user. Fresh example - demote doorbell, button outside, main module plugged in inside. Main module one day stops working. Turns out it was a capacitor dropper power supply (facepalm.jpg) with bad overheating design, and it fried itself to death. I cut off "hot" part and replaced it with good small switching mode power supply, works perfectly, fits in the same main module. They saved pennies and ensure mandatory obsolescence. ETL = mark of the devil confirmed.
