This guy is an example of what you get achieve when you watch all of the KZbin channels on lawn care businesses. He seems to have taken some of the best practices and implement them into his daily business strategy. They’re both going places.

Not only does it depend on how many dogs are on a property, it depends on the breeds. Little poodle vs Great Dane is a big difference.

A great dane is a really big dog and a little pooodle is small!

So does he just throw the dog poop in his trash can at home? I’d imagine if 10 customers a day request that service, there would be a good amount of dog poop at the end. What do you did with a couple buckets full?

What type of address did he put for his business on Google maps? I’m assuming he used his home address but I am thinking about going a storage unit route because I live in an apartment. I think an apartment number would be a strange address for a small lawn care business.

We charge Wisconsin state sales tax on lawn and landscaping services. Except for retaining walls and snow clearing. Those services are exempt from state sales tax.

Love how this guy has a small truck and trailer with 1 mower and is already thinking about how to transition full time to sales and marketing and then 'CEO". And the brother in law would now be the full time blue collar guy working his guts out. This has failure written all over it.
