To explain some of the stuff, he's talk about his upbringing a bit within this track, the Ricky reference relates to the movie Boyz in the Hood but also a mate of his he knew growing up that played football. Leading into the track and starting with Son of a god, son of a bitch, son of woman and man, son of a son then a sunken abyss, summon a plan please come with a script, he's basically talking about how he was treated and referred to growing up, basically praising, hating, indifferent, then sunken abyss talking about depression and the struggles he's faced and asking for help/guidance. That all leads into the food stamps and brothers hand-me-downs lines obviously relating to poverty, then going into the loss of someone close to him. The last part where he speeds up is more just him talking about avoiding the negative media and comments that are posted online and basically saying that internet trolls wouldn't say half the shit they do online, then he ends with saying that if you respect and relate to him he has respect for you back.
