Thanks for the help with this week's lectionary. This was exactly a topic I wanted to explore and make those connections. I'm still figuring out my own sea legs (so to speak) so this is really helpful.

I'd think if people would study ancient texts they would see there is writing that outdates the bible by thousands of years. And if you want to know where your bible came from read some ancient texts, and it will look like the bible was a cut, copied, and pasted together book. I' mean damn near word for word....we have been duped. There was never a jesus but there was a Yeshua and he did live and was brought here to teach what he has been taught. However, even ancient texts will tell you that there's evil, and evil is what they did to Yeshua's words and twist it, and take out, some here, and add alttle here. Now what do you have? a bunch of confusion, and that's why you need 100 different translations and that's just English translations...It a book of confusion and mostly because we've been brainwashed for years that's all I've hear Jesus, well, I guess if I lived in Japan, and India, they might of names. But, christianity teaches if you don't believe in me you go to HELL...even though that was never taught, but people making money will fight you tooth and nails on that one, that's a hot topic for them, that keeps their asses giving. Hell was the best thing they put in the bible since purgatory. Now, purgatory, I think is where the protestants made a bad financial call and the catholics rolled with it. PSA: Today the pope made a decision to start a new Catholic-only doctrine, called Purgatory the protestants didn't want any of the action when it was hot so we own it now. YES, starting now every time you light that candle and pay for a mass we can get your love ones out of Purgatory and straight in to heaven. Damn, my family gave enough to but 2 catholic churches. ....Have you ever wondered about Adam and Eves's first two son's Cain and Able? well apparently Cain had a hard on towards god and he took it out on his brother. God's no dummy ask Cain, hey were the hell is you brother and don't lie or I'll beat the shit out of you. Well, God found out and kicked Cain the hell out. But now Cain worried those people will kill me out there...Don't worry Cain I'll give you a mark so nobody better screw with you. May I please get one answer on this: Adam and Eve had a total of 3 kids, so who were these people Cain was worried about? The contradictions in this Bible is endless. Have you ever heard follow Your Gut Instinct? That's what it's there for....WAKE UP NOW THIS WORLD IS CRUMBLING DOWN....READ SOME ANCIENT TEXTS FIND OUT WHO YOU REALLY ARE NOT WHAT THEY SAY YOU ARE.
