I assumed that he would see very little content due to the move, he will have to install his furniture, tools and measuring equipment himself when basic facilities such as water, electricity and other services are available. Having said the above, it is easy to imagine the joy it gives me to see when you upload a video, although apparently it is a simple repair, the life of an electronic technician does not always have to be “complex”. Thanks for sharing. All the best.

Just got in from being out today and saw your new upload, had to sit down with my coffee. Great score for once, sort of looked like something spilled into the port since it didn't go past the shield. I think I may have even saw this unit on ebay, the no power after repair spooked me. Curious as to what temp you run your hot air at for the removal of the HDMI, and for the hot flowing of the new one. I have a quick 957dw hot air station and even at or near max heat it didn't seem to wanna get hot enough to hot swap like this. Even removing it was hard. I ended up going with low melt solder to be able to get the port of without risking damage. Then I tacked the legs in one by one using my j shaped iron tip. Not super easy, but I was able to manage. Being able to flow it on and off simply with the hot air seems like it woulda been better. Maybe your station is just more powerful than mine. I think my quick is only rated at 1000w.
@ToltecMerc6 ай бұрын
Honestly, on HDMI ports I use max heat(500C) and max air flow.
