Ken was very hands on Deirdre and her husband standing there. Little did the script writers at the time think Deirdre would be married to Ken and Deirdre would be working in the corner shop with Alf year's later.

I just wanted to say thank you very much for uploading the classic Coronation Street episodes especially the episodes from the 60s. That made my ear scene new episodes I've never seen before from the 60s.
