Same here. I’m content with a smaller place. I couldn’t tolerate anything high maintenance or more than I need. This is one of the better plots. Too many house fill their grounds ‘side to side’ so the perimeter trees and fences crowd the house and make some rooms permanently in the shade. A bit of restraint here means the house sits well and is light and airy.
