Great flow Paula, this is my go to when my si joint flares and I am limited in my practice. I get the necessary stretches and still feel like I am getting my yoga fix! Thank you and namaste

This is so good 😭 I have been stressed and haven't done yoga for about 3 weeks, my whole body felt so tight and compressed. I wanted to get back into it slowly and not deter myself with a long session. I don't know how you fit so much into this short session, it was truly full body. I could feel my body releasing tension from the first minute. I feel so much better. Always thankful for your channel, it is always there for me to come back to. This is my new favourite morning practice

Fantastic! This was just what I needed this morning -- proper length and pace. I stayed in bed a bit longer than I "should" have, and I did not want to skip my daily A.M. yoga practice before logging on for work. This was perfect.

Just as always, the Video is really great and I am doing this the next time! I am work out with you since march and I see the results more and more! I have still problems with downfacing dog, but it is okay. One day I will do it perfectly. :)
