Great video as always. Such an amazing army... love that you did nearly all the regiments. I may be bias being an American but one of my favorite armies of all time. One of the best wars to wargame... with several great rulesets.

Nice looking troops Kevin! This is my area of interest as I used to do AWI reenacting. I did want to say that the 1st Continental was a rifle regiment as it entered service as the 1st Pennsylvania. Washington is an inspiration to all of us and is worthy of our adulation and praise. I know I say this a lot but I want to collect and paint miniatures for the period. I have been looking at 10mm Pendraken. Id like to focus on the Seven Years War/French and Indian War, American War of Independence and later move to Napoleonics and American Civil War.

@@nordicmaelstrom4714 you know it was very difficult to try to pick what units I wanted to paint. They changed so much and between 1775 and 1781. There is completely different units different regiments different colors different uniforms. It’s almost like you can’t. You just have to paint what you like and if you game you just say that is the third Pennsylvania get over it.😂😂. Thank you for your nice comments and as I read and read because I have quite a collection of books I’m always amazed at how we were able to overcome this huge obstacle of becoming a nation.

@@thekrausecollection15mmmin53 I am in the same situation when I start my painting. I think I am just going to go with whatever uniform looks the best to me and depict the units based on that. Oh I wasn't criticizing! I plan to have all my British regiments in the 1768 Warrant uniform just because its the best looking to me! Its astonishing that the Continentals managed to outlast the British.

Wonderful forces for AWI; I went with 28mm because I love the uniform details but it’s a tough choice since the smaller scales allow more figures per regiment in a playable space

@@oldschoolfrp2326 yeah I really enjoyed it. It allows us to do some nice engagements with room to maneuver and I’ve just always collected fifteens 28 so just way too big for me. I like small things. But I was able to get good uniform details and I think it looks nice but thank you for your lovely comment.

@@SpyderSuasponte yes we did. But it was so close. We were hanging on by a thread. I’m going to be putting up the British army video tomorrow. Which is a very nice one. Looking forward to gaming with us. I think I’m gonna try freemans farm first. But I’m glad that you liked it.
