I finally got my bike running. With the HP carb. it starts up, runs better and has less vibration than the other 3 motors I’ve had. I heard you call the bike the Hyper Sleeper so I decided to call mine the Hyper Brickyard Chopper because of the brick colored tires and triple tree fork. For now I’m running it at half throttle, for a few tanks and I also like to let it warm up for a minute or two. Great videos!!

You can also use some 1" shrink tubing and use it instead of an old inner tube. Just lay it flat and it cushions the tank very well. Also comes in handy if you have to quieten the supports where a fender is held in place.

I used to cut 1 inch rings out of old rubber grips and put a couple on the backbone under the tank to dampen vibration. I hate those goofy looking tanks, about 1 in 5 leaks around the studs or the studs rip out completely. If you can't afford a tank frame go with a seat post tank, I shorten the extension tube so they don't stick out so far over the rear wheel.

Nice bike! You don't need to make your mix so rich, 16:1 will just gunk up your exhaust pipe. Try 24:1 for break in and 32:1 after. Also, if you want to reduce vibration get a better pipe, an expansion pipe will give you a little extra power too!

After cracking so many gas tanks I found a little known secret, if you buy a pocket bine gas tank or any lawn mower gas tank that accepts lawn mower fuel line, you can oil up your motorized bike fuel line and shove it into the lawn mower fuel line, then use u bolts to mount a basket on the front of the bike and use cheap lawn mower fuel line to extend the fiel line. I've been going 1400 miles and not a drop has leaked out of anything.. probably also due to no dirt gets into my carb with the lawn mower fuel filter

You look for quality. Hex bolts balanced cranks 8mm mount and head bolts. I like the triple 40 engines but others are good also.

Just curious, but are you running 16:1 mix due to the lean air fuel ratio you get without the baffle on?

bolt the engine to frame with some antivibe rubbers. Look on the bottom of small portable generators for them.

PLEASE HELP ME, I i set up one of these sets but once i attached the chain and put fuel in i couldn't move forward at all to start the engine. it seems that the engine sprocket doesn't spin freely and even by force it barely moves. This means i cant ride and start the engine. please help me, i spent a-lot of time and money on this.

Guys the easiest thing is to just saw the whole muffler off. That’s what my friend did, hits 33+ mph running the stock 44t sprocket. I got a racing carb and a 36t sprocket off of eBay for under 30$ added 10+ mph and very easy to install.
