Nothing traditional lately. I like deficit snatch-grip deads… I took them to 210kg in July of 2022 without much experience, just by hammering them every day or 2 (I was running seated pin press at the same time, both balls to the wall lol and made a lot of progress quick) Bench I still perform, but usually in the smooths and guillotine. I built to a 150kg TnG, 150 pause and finally a 150 pin press… but I was never comfortable going above that number. Hurt my bones. I am the small wrist angel.
