Hi Cambria , So my most favorite thing I do every morning when I get up is play my Christian music playlist it just sets my day to be better and helps me praise Him more throughout the day. I just got Baptized yesterday so now more than ever I feel eternally grateful for his grace and how much he can do in our lives. ❤

My morning routine has changed so much over the years, but the thing the really brings me the most joy is going on a walk first thing in the morning and then coming back and turning on a calming lake/cabin or beach scene on KZbin, lighting a candle, and doing my daily bible/devotional time. I notice such a difference in my days when I don't do this.

Mornings are hectic in my house with getting everyone out the door for school. I used to wait until everyone was gone to do my morning skincare and teeth cleaning routine but I started doing it first thing right when I wake up. The simple act of prioritizing myself first has changed my whole outlook on the day.

One of my favorite things that I do daily is making my bed when I wake up and have worship playlist on while I do.. it truly is just simple but it sets mood for the day. I also leave worship on the radio in my room/home for the day, and it give that welcoming feeling through the day 🤍

Thank you for always encouraging me to take time for myself! I am currently in a routine of waking up getting ready for work and not taking enough time for myself. I never realized how important the beginning of my day really is until you shared your story! I have the desire to implement new changes for my mornings and see how good it will make me feel! Hi Cambria! Thank you so much for doing another giveaway! I started making the mineral tea that you make and have it almost on a daily basis. But the thing that brings me the most joy is my afternoon siesta, usually in the sun if it’s out, or a cozy nest on my chair with a hot drink if it’s not. Hi Cambria! I’ve been implementing “slow” mornings into my daily routine and it has helped me immensely!! Using my sunrise alarm clock, drinking water, doing my gua sha routine and having on an ambience in the background on my tv have been life savers as I just started my first semester of nursing school💗 Much love!

Hi! For a few weeks now I’ve been loving walking barefoot on the grass with my 7month old followed by hugs and snuggles. It’s the best way to start our mornings ❤

A daily habit I find rejuvenating is grounding, it gives you a sense of calm and restoration. It makes you feel connected I can’t say enough about it. If you have time can you kindly link your paddles, it looked so fun!

I take a 2 hour break every afternoon and do something that I actually feel like doing. For a homesteader and mom…this is a really big deal. But I find it motivates me and helps me get my work done. ❤

My current favorite daily habit is my skin care routine and gua sha in the morning. I feel so refreshed after doing it and ready to take on the day!. Loved this video! Can always incorporate new healthy habits in my day to day!. ♡ have a great week beautiful!

Love this! I try to read and do my devotionals everyday and something active everyday. Even doing atleast a couple of chores a day helps me stay on track 😄

This video was amazing. You are amazing. Something that I try to do everyday to bring joy and I think is super healthy is to dance. I love turning on music while I’m cooking and dance/sing around the kitchen. My kids look at me like I’m nuts sometimes but I love it!

Cambria - you have the gift of teaching and encouragement. Appreciate you! My fave daily habit is… may be silly but making my bed and immediately switching/doing the laundry. I do this every morning and have found laundry doesn’t pile up even with a messy toddler. When I see the empty space at the bottom of the closet, my heart soars haha ❤️ 🧺

Just found your channel and I’m so obsessed! I started walking three 1 mile walks every day, so right when i get up, lunch time and after dinner instead of just going on one long walk and it’s been huge for me. Drinking a gallon of water, having Magnesium before bed and ice rolling my face in the morning have been literally life changing to add in!

One thing I love that I do everyday is I read my Bible aloud to my son while he nurses before breakfast. ❤ Also on an unrelated note, could you do a video discussing coconut product alternatives? I’m allergic to coconut so I can’t have coconut water, coconut milk, MCT oil/coconut oil, etc.

I workout/get movement in every single day 5-6am and take a walk every day. It is so helpful for my mental health most of all. I also have been having herbal tea every morning before I have my coffee- hydrating and warm and yummy! These habits have helped heal my heart from an early miscarriage as well. One of my favorite daily habits is intentionally stretching! I try to stretch when I wake up, over my lunch break and in the evening before bed. I often watch KZbin or listen to quiet music while I stretch too, so it’s fun, relaxing and helps my body unwind! 🤍

Lately my goals have been aesthetic because I have some really difficult health problems that I am not seeing progress on. I’ve been prioritizing skincare and having skin goals, because I want to feel confident each day, as my health issues has really gotten me down lately. This also helps me relax at the end of the day which can’t hurt! 🌟

something little i do for my health every day is listen to informative or uplifting podcasts while i do little clean ups in my apartment or cook breakfast in the morning! makes me feel focused, more productive and relaxed during my day while tackling things on my to do list! loved this video and it gave me some more inspiration for things to add to my daily habits🫶🏻

I have started the morning sunlight and have noticed a huge difference!! We've had two days of rain now and you mentioning morning sun made me realize I haven't had morning sun in a couple of days and I've felt so blah. Caffeine after breakfast has been a huge game changing in managing my anxiety! Bonus - I got a notification this morning that copy of Milk & Honey has shipped!!! I'm so excited!! I have prioritized my morning time. My day seems so much more stressful when I wake up and go straight to work. Having the time to wake-up, have my quiet time, a nourishing breakfast not at my desk, and time to breath totally changes my stress level. And a bedtime routine - this has been a game changer for my stress! Supplements, a warm tea or milk, reading - it is all so comforting and I sleep so much better!

I found so much value from this video! For nearly two years I have been suffering with jaw pain related to TMJ and am not finding good ways to deal with it but recently I started some facial massages that are helping when I do them daily in combination with managing my stress so your tips hit home. I also recently learned that magnesium supplements could help too. I am sold on giving it a try after listening to your explanation of how it works in the body. ❤😊

I start every morning with a walk no matter how long, 10 min.. 30 mins whatever I can do and it makes a huge difference in my work day. Now I’m going to add jumping and dead hangs! Thanks for sharing I look forward to all of your videos

I’ve enjoyed going for a walk everyday to our mailbox which is a good 15 minutes each way in our complex. It’s been a huge help for my digestion and mental health!

Okay, you are TOO CUTE. Loved this video! Got some inspo for sure! Every day rn I have been trying to get 30 minutes of sunlight on as much exposed skin as I possibly can. It has been so relaxing and with all the heat and humidity, I've been sweating a lot with out even trying so detoxing and tanning and getting vitamin D all at the same time!

My current favorite daily habbit is to pray over my son and I when I shower us and use it as a time to wash away anything not of God. And during this time I also make it a point to think of something I'm greatful for I have been feeling called lately well since yesterday to find self care or take better care of myself and it's like you read my mind with this video. I've started trying to resist coffee until after I've had protein. I heard my adrenals would thank me for it, so I started doing this about a month ago. I can so tell how much it's helped me!

The biggest thing I do every single day is some sort of gratitude practice. This usually is me journaling things I am thankful for, big or small.

As simple as it sounds, having a mini to-do list with a good morning playlist to listen to during it has been a game changer for me lately. I’m not a morning person, but I AM someone who thrives on organizing/tidying/to-do lists, so starting my day countering the morning dread with productivity and happy tunes gets me out of bed ◡̈

This video is so great! I love the inspiration, helps me to stay motivated. My favorite daily habit is walking outdoors, barefoot and enjoying the sunshine. Its so nourishing. ❤ I also love deep breathing and placing my hands over ny heart as I pray. Thanks so much for your videos, Cambria. ❤

I just adore you and am so grateful for every video you post. It really does encourage me to remember how valuable a God central view of life is and how easy it is to forget that every breath is a gift of His grace. My favorite daily habit these days is just movement! I struggled with a toxic relationship with movement and exercise until I stopped doing it to lose weight and did it to honor the creation of God that He has gifted me. It has mostly been a long walk or an upbeat Christian zumba type session but I always feel so alive and grateful when I do it. Love you Cambria! Thank you for truly being salt and light in a world and an industry of health that wants to destroy us. I am so blessed by how God continues to grow and use your life to minister to others like me!

Of the ones you mentioned, i try to get my steps in every day and also enjoy the sunshine (whi h has been hard in Alaska recently). I also feel like i have much better days when i prioritize reading my bible and prayer.

Good evening, I might have missed the giveaway but I love all the informative content you talk about. Magnesium is a life changer for me. When I was a senior in high school I was plagued with anxiety and I was deficient in Magnesium. Yes it is life changing!!! One habit I be started is walking to work. These comments are inspiring me because I am in a huge self care rut! Lately, a daily practice I do is playing worship music while I cook dinner and intentionally clearing my mind while I cook! Even though cooking feels like a chore some days, focusing on being present and mindful has helped me look forward to it!

My current daily habbit is going surfing after work. I used to just come home and be lazy. But now I go to the beach and surf. It puts me in such a great mood and feel so refreshed and energized 💗 🏄🏻‍♀️
