Part of it is “Klaatu, berada, nikto,” Gort’s safewords in the 1950’s sci-fi film, The Day The Earth Stood Still, to keep him from destroying the earth, and also resurrect Klaatu. The rest of it sounds like he’s speaking in tongues (which wouldn’t surprise me, coming from David Eugene Edwards. Possibly some Yiddish?
