The video's deliberately unsettling expressionist vibe [but, rightly, no more than that], compliments 'a purist's JD' at their most stealthily menacing; avant garde stuff all round and, sure, why not! . [ ...There was as much posturing around JD, as there was the film 'Diva' (1981) back in the arty 80's, but that was neither JD's nor Diva's fault and goes to show that, sometimes, the sophisticates actually get it right, e.g. their assertion that 'The Third Man' (1949) is probably as good a film as is out there ...oh, and Messi likes JD too ...and Barney Sumner likes the The Third Man!] . Check out: 16 Horsepower's 'Live At Montreaux' cover, then combine said with the 'The Best Bluegrass Clog Dancing Video Ever Made' (1964) (which appears to have gone to Facebook), having killed the sound on 'Clogs's visuals with both run-times fairly matching. 16 Horsepower, intriguingly, are from a similar background to those bluegrass boggers, sorry, 'cloggers' ('baggy silk-shirt guy' and 'smiling/bopping girl' are worth the video); maybe that's why both uploads sychronize so readily.'
