You’d have to be there to know exactly what they’re talking about. If it was multiple siblings saying that, including the male siblings, there was probably something off in the situation. Remember, she said they were all accepting until he came on too strong. I mean, he really was throwing around the word “Pops” to a man who wasn’t his father. A man who KNEW he wasn’t the father. It feels icky to some people. Like for me, if I get into a relationship, someone got some type of nerve telling me they love me without knowing me. But I’ve had more than one person do this. For decades I had ‘Dad issues’ but I had to stop beating myself up about something that wasn’t my fault. He passed on and to this day all I got are a few photos.
