My heart bleeds for Syrome but look at how much time has past? I only knew my Father for the first 5 years of my life. My parents divorced soon after but he divorced me too! For decades I had ‘Dad issues’ but I had to stop beating myself up about something that wasn’t my fault. He passed on and to this day all I got are a few photos.
