I’m so excited for this!! Can’t wait to try this workout. Gonna try it as soon as I finished my work. Thanks for a video like this, mate. I’m not an elite runner, just a guy who loves running so much and I think I that I really need this in my day when I wasn’t going to run. Jamie you’re my inspiration 🙏🏿

@@Jamies.Running Just finished the workout. I didn’t think that 16 mins could be this hard, but also felt so great at the end. Seriously, you need to make more workout video. This is like a simple one, but actually all you needed. Thanks Jamie 🤝 Tips from me : Warm up a little bit before you start the workout would be great 👌🏿

@@Jamies.Running was a little don’t worry, and was shaking like a shitting dog at times ha. Just coming back from a back injury so this was ideal to start getting the strength back. Which has well and truly left the building 😆
